Broke down 1 hour + north of Salem. They had a truck there in no time and brought me back to Damascus Auto in record time. Great service and a great driver.

2nd time dealing with them My unlicensed Teenager stole my car while I was outta town my flight was in 5 days so I couldn't pick the car up that day he told me 440$ I said oh no I can have my husband a friend even my X B4 that he refused cause they R not on the title and charged me for every day instead of just letting my husband get it and pay4 the 1day and he would only take cash, very rude and disrespectful 1st time he towed my friends truck during a parking ban where I was not notified no letter no sighs on the street I don't have internet or cable not even local channels where I live usually they put signs on my street Nope not this time it was only 2 hrs we noticed he charged me 150and said if we didn't come get it during his time frame he was raising price
Today I experienced such wonderful friendly experiences with a tow truck operator. My girlfriends balljoint broke on her car today and the friendly guys from Kaiser towing were a wonderful help. They got the job done in such a professional way with the least amount of damage done from the tow. He even explained to us what we can do to jack it up and how to fix the little bit of damage done from the tow. They gentlemen provided wonderful friendly service . I highly recommend them.
This guy helped me out while I was a 1hr away from home. Went out of his way at near midnight to help my girlfriend and i unlock my door. Hes very familiar with the locals it seemed because several pub goers came out to chat with him. His character is light and amusing but professional and focused on getting the task done. Salem Ohio has a great man in it's town. Cheers
The gentleman who answered the phone was nice enough but it still makes me laugh that someone who has old out of date equipment with not even a store front wants top dollar for a service that had at least 5 other companies who actually have more modern trained employees quote a 100% cheaper. This is why any service company should have to have a menu of service and prices accessible to anyone either online or on a printed sheet that they are required to follow or be subject to federal gouging laws
For the second time now, Kaiser Towing has helped my family when we where caught in a pickle. Today, 3 of us broke down 45 miles from home. Other companies said they could only take 2 of us. Kaiser Towing made sure to send us a truck we could safely put a car seat in! The driver made sure it was secure and was extremely kind, courteous and professional.
10pm at night, blow out on the side of the road with a tire hardly anyone has, pouring rain....these guys looked through their personal stash and found a good tire, came to pick me and my jeep up, took me by an atm, took back to their shop and had me back on the road in no time!! Awesome job guys!! Thank you for all you did for me tonight!!!
Asked how much to tow he said $50. Rear wheel was hanging off the car so he left went and got his wrecker with a tight parking lot. After all this we get home I ask again how much, again he says $50. Great price, knows what he doing, I will be using them in the future.
Kaiser helped wench me and my new SUV out of a ditch in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night last night! Very timely response (30 minutes or less) and reasonably priced considering my situation, got me back on the road so I could continue doing my job, very grateful.

Couldn't believe how cheap the fee was. He was very friendly and helpful. He knew right away what was wrong (broken ball joint) and worked to prevent further damage. Definitely recommend.
