I recently purchased brake pads from the store and, unfortunately, the pads were defective. Despite that, Jared (Associate) and Adam (Store Manager) did such a great job with hearing out my issue and finding a solution for me. They definitely helped me and my family out big time. Thank you!

The employee was helpful they didn't have an item I needed but he pointed me in the direction of somewhere that did and told me the price would be fair and he was right thank you

Always knowledgeable they have helped me through several different situations recently and their rewards program is if you use it and you work on cars and you don't have a perfect car the rewards program is ridiculously awesome and better than AutoZone's. I say this as a loyal customer of AutoZone for over 20 years and even an employee for about a year and a half. Advanced Auto has fully separated itself from other places like this in Salem Ohio and the surrounding areas everybody is very cool and at least half of the staff wrenches on their own vehicles and know what they're talking about.

Employees are very lazzy found leaning on shelves and on chairs in isles. No respect for the customers refusing to process watentys without even looking up order numbers time of pelurches or account numbers. Very disappointed especially in the skinny bug eyed kid

They are so helpful. Changed a burned out brake light bulb for us yesterday. Very kind and did a quick job of it. We will return.

I had just gotten done work my truck had started overheating it is dead of winter cold as a mofo and so I want to go get something to eat at Walmart let my truck cool down and went over to Advance in the manager that was working with or alongside of Zack let me use the flashlight off the shelf so I can see to put antifreeze in and wouldn’t you know it I thought a blonde move it was lonely in a freeze course it’s going to overheat point being is that the people here at advance auto parts had a smile on her face laugh and we’re really people friendly I would recommend us advance auto parts there any buddy that might be needing car parts or just maybe even a word of advice thank you to all who listen and God bless

Website said had paint i wanted clerk said they dont have it never even botherd to order it in for me. sort as if i was bothering him missed a sale went to autozone instead

Good pace to go as long as you don't have a question they are not very intelligent on vehicles

They had free food and drinks June 8th along with a little car show. Very nice employees and shop.

They were very willing to help as far as they're allowed to go in helping me try to figure out why my tail lights, turn signals, brek break lights didn't work.

Good prices, decent parts, if they have them.

I'm visiting this area from TN. We had some minor repairs needed to our van. The staff greeted us as soon as we walked in. They went the extra mile to find the parts we needed. They were patient and detailed with their customer service. I highly recommend this auto parts store in the Salem OH area.

My salesman was very helpful and had patience with me trying to explain the noises coming from my car.

Helpful staff went over options with me to bleed brakes effectively but didn't pressure me to buy the highest cost tools (should have though - the cheaper option was junk). No issues picking up Internet order and core return was painless.

Decent Auto parts store. Their operating hours are rather lacking as they're only open until 7pm at the latest.

The staff is semi knowledge they didn't understand some of the codes that were going off on my Mitsubishi lancer which i had to Google myself and figure it out but their prices on parts are a redeeming factor and I believe they have a price match guarantee with every other auto parts store
