We purchased a Nissan Armada yesterday from Salem CDJR. We were very impressed with our salesman, Antonio. He was so nice to work with; friendly, knowledgeable, polite. He made the car buying process a breeze, compared to many other dealerships we've been to.

We had an amazing experience with a salesman by the name of Antonio. Antonio was exceptionally knowledgeable, personable, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable experience and were well informed while looking for a new family vehicle. However; Tony (the manager), was observed treating and speaking to this employee in a derogatory manner due to the fact he was simply providing the best customer service possible to me and my husband and pulling a truck up that we wanted to look at. We did not have a budget, we were looking to trade our jeep, get financing, and we also have more than enough money to purchase anything we wanted from the lot. Tony, the “manager”, did not think this vehicle was in our “price range”. The manager had an issue with this young man doing what we, as customers, asked him to do and spoke very rudely to him, ultimately, leading to the young man walking off of the job, and he was one of the best salesman we have dealt with in our 20+ years of purchasing vehicles. I will never do business with this establishment, and they will continue to lose great employees if the manager continues to work there.

Absolutely amazing experience here, it was my first time buying a car and they did everything they could to help and I’m more than happy with my purchase of a 2024 Brz and the sales associate helping me, Antonio was absolutely amazing as well. 100% will be back for future events.

The salesperson who helped me buy my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L was fantastic (Sheldon) and I would highly recommend him. Unfortunately, the positive experience ended there. ​one month after my purchase, we noticed the back driver-side window cracked. When I took it to the dealership, they immediately tried to shift the blame, suggesting my two-year-old daughter was responsible. This is baseless, as the crack began at the very bottom of the window, a clear stress fracture. Also my daughters car seat is on the opposite side of the car on the passenger side. It's obvious this was a defect, and the dealership has refused to fix it under warranty. For a brand-new vehicle, this is a serious and frustrating issue, and the lack of accountability from the service team is truly concerning.

From the first time I set foot into the dealership, Cole was very helpful! I had test driven a car at another dealership after visiting Salem CDJR and had a horrible experience. I decided quickly to go back to Salem CDJR and talked with Cole again. He had me test drive the car a second time just to make sure it’s what I wanted. I’m so thankful for all the help from Cole and DJ (and the rest of the crew) for making me feel comfortable and confident in buying my used Jeep Grand Cherokee L. It was a great experience and when it comes time for another vehicle, I’ll be sure to go back!

Terrible service, was sold a truck with 2 front leaking struts, dry rotting tires and 4wd module going bad. Could not even get it inspected because it would not pass. Asked to get it fixed and was told that was not an option but they were willing to take it back for another vehicle. Told someone I knew that there was nothing wrong with it, that brought it back because I had a hard time getting in and out with powered side steps. Also said the tires were in decent shape. They lied to me and her. So if you're looking to buy this be cautious, iit does shake terribly at 70 mph and oh it's not a rebel, it's a Canadian sport. While they did take it back and I got a bronco probably to avoid legal action, i did lose out on a down payment and 6hrs of drive time. But I got a full tank of gas.

Had a really awesome experience. Everyone was so kind and welcoming to my family. Antonio and DJ were great in getting us the van that we needed. My husband and I are beyond happy with the services we received and cant wait to do business there again in the future. A big thank you to Antonio and DJ

My wife was looking for a particular car and they had one and it happened to be the best deal I could find so we went and looked they got the payment close enough to where we wanted it and were very pleasant and open with us it was an excellent car buying experience and I would recommend anyone to go there, the deals are very good and after the purchase they told us the history of the car as it was a local 1 owner trade. They make you feel like it’s a personal service rather than a business

Salesman was good. I bought a used 1 year old truck. I can't wash the front because I'm afraid the rest of the touch up paint will wash off. This started happening a few weeks after I bought it. Feel like someone pulled a fast one on me. Offered a touch up pen as a resolution. Body shop estimate to repair is $755.00 But hey, They put Zurich Shield paint protector on it. Lol Would never do business with again. They didn't even change the oil (photos to prove that too). Update: Kathy, I cannot prove who did the paint (you said you guys didn't do any, not me I'm sure it was a rattle can job anyway and someone in your detailing department probably did it) . The body shop looked at it and said "yeah, that's a car lot quicky". You can spin it however you like, I guess, but in the end whoever detailed it surely should have seen it. Just warning potential victims to look closely before they get screwed as well.

Zach Tompkins in service was very knowledgeable about vehicles which helped me land on the F350 and got me in contact with the Sales team. Brandon and Dillon on the sales team were great to work with and answered my questions quickly. DJ and Tony in the financial department were professionals through and through and made traversing the difficult field of banking a breeze.

My experience with Clay was exceptional! From the very beginning - to finalizing everything and driving away in a brand new right hand drive! Which by the way, has made my workday so much easier! I cannot thank you enough & I will forever refer anyone looking for a new vehicle your way!

Great place great deals very accommodating they worked hard to get us in a reliable vehicle and meet our needs shout out to Sheldon he’s the man to see if you need a car we had two trade ins and this man came and got the second from our house cause we only had one driver I’ll definitely be going back when it comes time to buy again. Also we had our five year old with us all day at the lot and they were awesome with him

I've been in the market for a 2018 Ram Bighorn for a while. I've done a lot of shopping around in the area but was constantly disappointed with the deals being offered. I met with Justin Mullins me at this location and he was very honest and up front about where I would be without any BS. He worked with me on my price point and along with Ian, the sales manager, they worked me up a really great deal in less than two hours right where I wanted to be. They even got me out of my current lease, which had 10 months on it. If you are in the market for a RAM, I'd highly recommend working with Justin on your deal. Overall a great buying experience!
