O'Reilly's employees are always helpful and if they don't have a part in stock it is usually available in a few hours. Sometimes things take a few days but that depends on the vehicle. (As much as I love my Mitsubishi, it's not a popular car therefore parts are usually not in stock ANYWHERE)

Out of your 3 major competitors. You are no longer worth the visit. I have tried you time and time again in several states and several location. You are the least help. I will not only ever return but I will be sure to Express my feeling to all that will listen. Check all my reviews. You will notice they are very good to all I visit. It is you not me

Today I stopped in to have my engine codes read. My car shut off while I was driving on ST RT 14. Once I got my car started again - I went right to the store since they have code readers. I had another sensor go bad and I needed to drive 6 hours home. Ron was very helpful and knowledgeable about what the issue was. I would recommend this store if you need parts or any help.

Convenient place to buy parts. But the wheel cylinder I bought was made in China. Gonna keep my eye on that for early failure. The last Chinese wheel cylinder I bought only lasted 6 years. Can't find an American made one.

Needed big metal clamps and they had them for a cheap price. If you can't find something at another parts store check O'Reilly's.

Unless you're a car enthusiast who loves working on cars for fun, you probably hate going to an auto parts store because it means your ride is out of commission. Fortunately, the reasonable prices and prompt service help to cushion the blow.

I have always used a competitor that has been in town for years. They are now carrying less product in stock. They repeatedly do not have what I need. I called OReilly and they had everything in stock. Chris even helped me carry it out to my car. Polite friendly, professional help. O,O,O, OReilly!

Ive had to get 3 starters in the last 6 months and everytime its never their junk.

They ordered the wrong brake calipers for me and when i brought them back they got the right ones in which were more expensive but still charged me the lesser amount. Very nice and professional.
