Friendly people here helped me get special parts for a project I was working on. They have everything most auto stores don't carry from what I can tell and more, they can special order in quickly if needed too. Prices are fair and convenient.
Tim was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They identified the auto parts I needed. For those items that the shop had in inventory, they showed me to them. For the vehicle-specific items I needed, that the shop did not have in inventory, they offered me guidance on how to find and purchase them online.
The quality service they provided has made it likely I’ll use this shop as my auto parts supplier of first resort in future.
My husband and I went to Napa Auto to get batteries for our fob. Brian went above and beyond in helping us. Customer service was friendly and polite. Ask for Brian and you'll be good.
Wrong part, no help installing. Went in on 8/24 and asked for help finding a headlight bulb. After waiting 15 minutes to purchase the bulb, the woman behind the counter was “too busy” to help install it. Two other employees were just hanging out in the back. I’d rather drive farther away and go somewhere that cares.
Always have great prices good parts. Also, you get a discount if you’re a AAA member on top of whatever discounts they have going on plus check out their app I found if I use the app you get like 10% off plus my AAA discount so they stack discounts is what I’m saying
I thought the Napa Auto parts store in Fairborn, Ohio is nicely set up and clean! The employees are very nice and courteous and takes care of its customers quickly!
This store has a HUGE inventory. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and if there actually is something they don’t have in stock, they will order it in for you quick. The store is really clean and well lit, and doesn’t give you a depressed, grungy feeling like some other stores. They just opened a few weeks ago, and I couldn’t be more happy. Finally, a great auto parts store in the Dayton area!
