I go here 2-3 times per month on average and have always gotten great service. Staff is pretty knowledgeable too. I'm a shade tree mechanic and the parts they sell have always been reliable for me. Prices are good too.

My truck ran out of coolant and left me on the side of the road. I called the store and Rolf (store manager) answered and took my card info over the phone and quickly brought me a gallon of coolant to get me back on the road. Great customer service and professionalism from this store and the employees I’ve dealt with. Highly recommend going to see those guys

Battery died. A foot and a half of blowing snow and temp just above zero. Called around and seems that O'Reilly's was the only place near that had my battery. A common battery for a Honda civic. Isaac answered the phone and I had a battery! I'm a happy camper.

I wasn’t sure if the store offered assistance with replacing a headlight bulb, so I went in and asked before looking for what I needed. Dylan was extremely helpful, and I’m very appreciative that he took the extra time to swap both bulbs for me. He was very kind, shared some helpful tips on what to do and why, along with some extra info about an issue I noticed with my vehicle.

Sold me broken stuff.... refuse to refund it...... bs. Buyer beware their camshaft sensors have some of the highest failure rates. You will 300 trying to fix other stuff. To just find out they sold you a faulty part. Plus the guy at the counter shrugging his shoulders at us was pretty professional. ?

Rolf is a great guy. Went out of his way to change my complicated battery in the rain when he didn't have to. Very friendly and outstanding customer service. Won't be going anywhere else.

Went in to buy an air pressure gauge and a fan belt I used to call them back in the day for my Toyota Camry I was given excellent information on picking out the air pressure gauge, the man at the counter said this is the kind we use at the drag strip.

Summary: Adequate, but some rude staff. Go to NAPA down the road by Kroger for better service. I’ve primarily gone to this store due to its location near my commute. Staff is reasonable, selection is par for the course. However, I’m now posting a review due to meeting a pretty unprofessional employee. I was being rung up by a guy I’ve seen before, who is professional. I was waiting quite a while for him to become available and could hear his coworker around the corner on FaceTime. Once he became available and the previous customer left, his coworker walks up to him and chats while I’m being rung up. In front of me, he asks if the previous customer “got pissy” when they couldn’t get a service done at this location (they didn’t). After that, he looks at my Space Force shirt and says “Star Wars is better.” I usually don’t care how people act, but I do care about professionalism and customer service when I’m at an auto store. This employee could have had situational awareness and rung me up while the first guy was busy, but instead he idled and then walked up and talked behind a customer’s back…in front of another customer. That’s pretty rude. Not a fan.

I'll tell you what the guys up here amaze me every time I come in. the customer service is always on point, the knowledge is always on point, and the guy that helped me and my friend today was amazing. I don't know his name I wish I could tell you but he's just the friendliest and the funniest. he was so helpful was willing to wait past the time he was off to help us ladies. which meant the world to me if by chance reading this, thank you so much for your kindness and willingness to wait for us. you guys everybody needs to come to at least check them out.
