Edit: my car was still having an issue and I took it back and Wilson and his team including Bob were once again so kind and helpful. Such a great group of people. Bob and the manager gave me the best experience here. I usually do my own car work but I didn’t know how to take care of this issue. When I brought my car in, as I was waiting, there was a person who came in who wanted to get brake fluid. All she needed was brake fluid added to the car. Bob said that they would be happy to do the work, but it would be much cheaper to go to an auto store and ask them for brake fluid and add it to the car. That kind of service is amazing. Absolutely kind service instead of other places who may take advantage of that.

Bob took great care of us! Alternator failed unexpectedly, and he zeroed in on the problem and gave us a great price. No bs, trustworthy straight talk, fixed our problem!

The Firestone in Fairborn Ohio did an alignment and put new tires on my wife's Hyundai Santa Fe and everything went smoothly. The branch communicated everything clearly and were very efficient. Bob, a delightful veteran, checked us out and was a pleasure to speak with. Great branch with great folks that we will use again for our other vehicles.

Came in for a new set of wheels and was very statisfied! Carl was very helpful and told me about a few other issues my car was having, such as my alignment. He made everything very clear and I was satisfied with the price of repairs too. Will definitely come here for regular tune ups!

I had an appointment set up for 8AM Saturday. I was sent about half a dozen reminders of my scheduled service throughout the week including one an hour before my appointment. When I arrived at 745, they were still closed. Their website and sign on the door said they open at 7. I tried calling and got no answer. No one ever showed up. Poor way to operate a business.

I'm truly grateful for Bob & the Firestone team in Fairborn! I had a tire issue on a Sunday, and they got me back on the road with two new tires for a very affordable price, and on a Sunday! If you are in a car jam in the Dayton area, these are the guys to visit!

I had an excellent experience at the Firestone location in Fairborn, Ohio. I needed a tire replaced due to two holes, and thankfully my prorated warranty made the replacement less than half the original price—such a relief. I also needed a new battery, and the pricing for that was very reasonable as well. What truly set this visit apart was the outstanding customer service. The replacement tire was located at another Firestone, and instead of making me wait a couple of hours for delivery, the store manager, Wilson, actually drove to the other location himself to pick it up so I could get back on the road sooner. That level of dedication is rare and greatly appreciated. Another employee I had contact with, Karl, was outstanding, too. Appointments are always easy to make, prices are fair, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond. I’ve been coming to this Firestone location for years, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

I got my car serviced today and met Carl Frost the service advisor. He is awesome and friendly and explained things I should look out for on my car in the future, to keep it maintained because my car is getting older. I will definitely be back because the whole team at this location works together and they really put their heart and soul into what they do. Even when they get busy they tell you upfront and offer great appointment scheduling with transparency and order parts ahead of time so you can get your car repaired within reasonable time. Had a slight issue with my undercarriage cover and brought it in during a busy moment of thier day. A technician had come in to ask what was needed i told him about the issue and he took it right in and had my car serviced within ten minutes. Loved the staff was willing to take the moment out their busy schedule to do my simple fix. Will be bringing my cars here for any issue I may have in the future.# Great Staff

I booked an appointment at some time by calling them and they scheduled it for some other time and not even agreeing their mistake and being rude is not acceptable. The employees they have before working at the front register are too good but the people now are worst. I have experienced many times with these new guys otherwise I like this store a lot I’m regular to this place but from now “NO”.

A lot of hidden fees including an Internet tax. It was about 50% more than the quote and they didn't fix the problem that I brought it in for. Asked me to reschedule. Edit: I originally bought tires here. The tires were not balanced. The mechanic said I needed axles. Got a second opinion and said everything checked out except that the tires were not balanced as they should have been. I would recommend getting a second opinion or just go to a trusted mechanic. In my opinion it is the definition of shady, manipulation and jacking up prices. It is what people generally think of with shady practice and they give mechanics a bad name.

I had a tight schedule and needed new tires on my car quickly. This company was incredibly accommodating, fitting me in on short notice without any hassle. The service was excellent—efficient, professional, and friendly from start to finish. They really went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend them if you're looking for reliable and fast tire service!

This one could easily be a 1 star but I will give them 2 because they have pretty competitive prices and good deals on tires. Made an appointment just to find out that they only had three tires in stock so they had to get one more from their nearby location on Airway. No big deal that store is 20min away. Had to wait there for more 3 hours just for the tire to ARRIVE I could have walked there and back faster. Don’t schedule an appointment if you have plans cause you will be late for them. I have updated my review to a one star. I have had my truck for four years and have been the only person to EVER change the oil cause I’m a stickler on what oil and filter is used. When I took my truck in they did a multi-point inspection where apparently for some reason removed the skid plate and then when they replaced it (6 bolts) they cross threaded four of them, which aren’t even the right bolts, and two are missing. Update, went back to get the bolts checked and the staff replaced the bolts with new ones with no additional charge. They made the problem right again, thank you to Bill the tech (not the original tech) and the manager for understanding and fixing the problem. I will change my rating from one to three stars for the customer service.

Can't rate the service because the was none. Ignored. Previous customer that came back just to have the tires visually checked, and stood at the counter for 5 minutes. Checked my email, booked a flight for later this month, and reserved a car at the destination. Not really important, just time consuming, and that is my point. No body came out to greet or check on me. One other customer in the lobby, 2 cars in the garage, and about 230pm in Fairborn Ohio. Do what you got to do, but don't do it here. Wo t be able to anyway
