We are from Pennsylvania and found ourselves in Cleveland with our car DOA. Fortunately, our family members had worked with this great organization before and recommended we have the car towed to Steve and Jerry's. I am so grateful that we did! Not only did they do the repairs within one day, but they also found another problem that we had with the car and fixed that so that we could safely be back on the road. I cannot thank them enough and I cannot recommend them enough! Wow, we are so lucky to have you in Madison! Highly, highly recommended!

Steven Jerry’s U-Haul rental is a masterclass incompetence, welcome to hell’s own parking lot. I drove 360 miles—six soul-crushing hours—only to stand in front of a lockbox that laughed at every code U-Haul’s “customer service” regurgitated. Ten attempts, three different reps, same result: the box stayed sealed tighter than Steven Jerry’s cold, heart.
When the rep finally escalated to the local area manager, the response was a shrug so indifferent it could curdle milk. “Not coming out,” he said, presumably from whatever rock he hides under between shifts. No apology, no backup plan, no shred of decency—just a middle finger delivered via phone.
These people aren’t a business; they’re a scam in orange branding. They’ll take your reservation, your money, and your dignity, then leave you stranded like a bad blind date. Avoid Steven Jerry’s U-Haul like the plague it is. Zero stars would be too generous.
Poor quality of service. Took my vehicle in (after waiting 2 weeks for an appointment) and paid for a squeak to be greased and a muffler fix. After paying for the grease and being referred elsewhere for the muffler, the sound returned the same day... a refund was not granted and I was told I knew that new parts would be a better option, after the fact. Sandy was especially rude, the day of service and when I called back.
I couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing service I received! My car broke down in the middle of the road, and they came to the rescue in no time. They fixed the issue quickly, professionally, and at a very reasonable cost. Truly honest and reliable people — highly recommended!
For 5 years I've been wasting my time going to other automotive places in Madison,just to rack up a bill for stuff that wasn't needed. Finally I got recommended to this business and a 5 min test and they told me exactly what was wrong with it and fixed the problem in 2 hrs !!!! Car sounds like it came right off the assembly. Thank you and God bless !!!!!
Did a full brake job. 4 rotors, all new pads. Duralast gold rotors and pads. Less than two years and not many miles later the rear rotors are warped. The pads are almost like new. The pads have a life time warranty The rotors are three years. The shop won't warranty the parts. They want to charge for the whole job again. Never again. Thx guys.
xcellent service!I've brought my 2000 ford f150 to them a few times. they went above and beyond what we originally thought the issues were by repairing and forewarning me of future service needs.trustful and dependable and respectful. Steve and Jerry's is my family's go to mechanic in Madison.

Phenomenal ownership, family and staff. Always quick to help in any way no matter the problem. Friendly and excellent prices for repairs. Where I always get my breakfast after getting my vehicle in for service. They have IHOP chocolate chip K-cups also 😍

My hubby likes to go here but everytime we have taken our cars . One thing is repaired and a week later something unrelated is going bad. I had brakes done that had to be replaced less than a year later. It wasn't from wear and tear!
Took my F-150 in to get the oil changed and tires checked. They did a great job in a timely manner. I made an appointment for my other vehicle. Very friendly and accommodating.
This shop has been servicing vehicles for me both professionally and personally for many years. Today one of my commercial fleet was down with a tire issue and Bob and Sandy made it happen first thing to get him back on the road. Being in the service business means.. no truck.. no business.. I highly recommend this company and appreciate the priority service that they have provided once again!!
Was on our way to Nashville when we had a tire issue. We were coming from canada and was refered to steve and jerry from a local lady at mc donalds. They were able to get us in right away and got the tire fixed. The staff was amazing and a great price. We were back on the road very quickly and made it where we had to be on time. Thank you so much
Highly, Highly recommended!!!!!!! We were going on a family trip from another state and our car had an issue. We stopped at their shop and they looked at our car right away. They fixed the loose wheel bearing and took the car for a test drive to make sure it was 100%. Amazing family and shop!! If I lived in the area that would be the only place I would trust and go too!
They did brakes for me one time and I was very happy with them. About 4 years later, needed brakes again so I went to them again. This time they did the brake job, front and rear rotors and pads, which I supplied, . 9 months later ,and 3000 miles I need brakes again. When I had someone else do the job, the rear passenger pad was metal to metal. I looked at my receipt and they charged me for front brakes which I supplied. They just lost a customer
I highly recommend them! They are WONDERFUL!! Before I was going out of town, I scheduled to have my car checked out for the long drive at Steve & Jerry's. Coincidently, the battery in my hybrid died in our driveway the day before the appointment. Although they were booked up, Sandy who works there, knowing of my upcoming trip, squeezed me in so that I could stay on schedule. They were able to get a replacement battery, checked the car and tires, and I was able to leave on time. Thank you!!
I needed snow tires for my car and not having much luck at other tire places, I went to Steve & Jerry's and was able to get, what I consider to be some pretty aggressive snow tires, at a fair price and they had it done in less than an hour!! I'm very happy with my purchase and the service!
Steve was able to get me in 2 days early for a issue I needed addressed asap. I’m happy he was able to help my f150 out with its issues. You guys rock 🤙🏽
I called on a Saturday because I desperately need new tires on my car. Sandy (who is such a sweet soul) quoted & ordered the tires for me. They arrived two days later and were installed. They even checked my brakes, rotars, and tie rods to make sure everything else was in working order. Absolutely amazing service! Will definitely be returning for all my tire & mechanical needs!!!
I have used many automotive repair places around Northeast Ohio and I can tell you that Steve and Jerry's is the best place around. Everyone employed here is very professional and they never seem to stop working. I had an appointment on Thursday and I got there early. The mechanic immediately got started on the vehicle and replaced a part and had another issue already resolved. This mechanic came to me with the issue and told me what needed to be replaced and how much about it will cost.
While I was waiting for the new part from the auto parts store, I witnessed all employees working hard to fix cars. No one was smoking or eating. No one was on a phone or on a computer. They were working as a successful business should be. Very outstanding business.
Steve and Jerry's is better then the Dealerships that I have used around this area.
If you want your vehicle done right, I would suggest you use Steve and Jerry's.
When ibhad stopped at a traffic light and then took off I commented on the truck next to us needing a new exhaust then I realized I was the one that sounded like a race car. I was able to get my exhaust fixed quickly at Steve & Jerry's. They always do great work. I have also had my brakes done by them too.
These folks are the best! Bob helped me out tremendously when i had to get my husbands truck fixed up and even gave me some really good advice. Sandy is absolutely wonderful and very helpful as well, love talking to her when i get the chance. I highly recommend coming here for any work. Not to mention i find their pricing not nearly as bad as other competitors when it comes to repairs and other services.
Told me that they would replace a part (that was covered under my premium extended warranty), decided not to and wanted to charge me labor for a "fix" that didn't last a day! They did reverse the charge but were very rude about it. I noticed that they replied to a another negative review that they had no record of them. FYI they delete your records if they are upset with you. I had my Honda repaired there previously and now there is a recall and I could be reimbursed but they told me they deleted my records. Even though my last interaction was less than a year ago.
Bob and Rob are awesome..my single mother daughter had power steering issues..they quoted me fai price..they then saw her ball joint was seriously dangerous. They sent me a video to prove it. They were concerned about her safteand that of my 5 year old granddaughter. Amazing company.Sandy who answers the phones was the sweetest perso I have ever spoken to..this place is amazing
Extremely happy with Steve & Jerry's. Serpentine belt was screaming and needed some help replacing and diagnosing to make sure my pulleys weren't on their way out too.
Of the 5 places I called to see if they could look at this while I waited, Steve & Jerry's (Bob) was the only one that called me back.
I entered the shop (all folks had masks and the store was VERY clean... little things like that are important to me), and Bob whom I spoke with on the phone saw my truck and relayed our discussion back to me immediately after I said "hi".
They took my truck in the bay before I could sit down. Short while later Bob came out and let me know that pulleys are good and belt is bad. Quoted price for the belt and also gave my truck a walk-through underneath as I said I may be hearing some knocking in the back.
There was evidence that my rear axel was leaking at some point though the technician checked the fluid and surmised it wasn't leaking anymore. With that all worked out, I paid my bill and was on my way... totally silent starts once again.
I'll be taking both our vehicles here from now on. Couldn't be happier.
Bob and Sandy are first class people and business owners. They have ALWAYS taken care of vehicle repairs in a very timely manner and at a minimal cost compared to other repair shops. I highly recommend Steve and Jerry’s for your vehicle repairs and general maintenance.
Great prices great people I don’t trust a lot of people working on my cars but these guys earned my trust. Will never take my cars anywhere else. I would recommend Steve and Jerry’s to anyone. Super clean and respectful.
I stopped in this morning for some service and was shocked at how clean the shop was and the owners are super friendly. I was getting new tires and they found a stripped lug nut. This was no hurdle for this group of pros! Thank you, I will defiantly come back again when my car needs more ervice. Since i own a VW that could be sooner then I think 😂.
