Great service - the two employees working on Sat Jan 3rd around 5:00 were very helpful and friendly . They knew what they were doing ( needed battery etc) were professional, and efficient .
UPDATE: Customer service has improved. Bought a couple batteries and a floor jack. Guys were attentive and helpful. Absolutely terrible customer service. I went on a Sunday morning and nobody was in the store. All I needed was some specific mirrors and double sided tape. The two employees behind the counter watch me come in, say absolutely nothing and watch me walk every aisle trying to find what I needed. They were just sitting there talking about their personal lives. Never again, terrible experience.
I'm dumb founded when it comes to cars however the young man that helped us was very informative and what he didn't know he found out. They have Great customer service and always willing to help
I have never had an issue at any auto zone that I have visited. Everyone had been nice. Help when they can. The products are good and a great price. They are a ground floor business making them handicap accessible.
Bought a new battery for my car, one of the store employees put it in for me and my radio, interior lights and sound for my turn signal stopped working cause of something he did. Auto zone refuses to take responsibility and and refuses to send me a claim form.
My dad was there and I was with him, the only thing I had a problem with is that their little machine couldn't diagnose what was wrong with his car, so they assumed a problem and my dad bought a part that wouldn't help him. Thankfully he was able to take the part back.
Went in to the Madison location today. Chris was super helpful. He took out my old battery and put in my new one. He explained the differences and the pricing. He didn’t try to sell me things I did not need or want because I’m a woman. I will definitely come back here if I need anything including advice. They were helpful and honest. Thank You Chris!!!
Needed a battery for my tractor. It need to be a specific size. The employee was very helpful. They only had one at the size I needed and it turned out to be very expensive!
Customer service could be a little better,however,when you do get help,they are patient,give you tips and ideas and MOST of the staff is knowledgeable.There are a few employees that shouldn't be working there,but overall they are helpful
I called looking for parts that I could pick up later that day. They found what I was looking for and kept it on hold for me till I was able to get off work. I paid and was out in no time. The parts worked as intended. And was on the road in no time. Even came back to get my core charge back.
Came in for a new battery and installation. Initially wasn’t sure if that’s exactly what I needed. The gentleman who has been working at this location for a long time was extremely patient and helpful. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Started my day with a crisis and ended up a happy camper. Definitely recommend coming here for your car needs.
Was talked out of buying a product (AC recharge) by an older male employee because I was wrong about what I needed and should take my car to a mechanic. Went and bought some from Walmart for half the price he said it would cost and did it myself in five minutes
I use Autozone alot. On my last visit here the guy at the counter was very helpful and even though i didnt purchase the part, he took the time to talk to me and help diagnose my problem. Friendly staff. Will return.
One of the best auto parts stores around. Good prices and really helpful. Had to have wipers installed but had recent back surgery. Can’t remember the name of the employee but he was super helpful and had knowledge of what he was selling to me. Made me feel welcomed and not taken advantage of while making a purchase which is hard to fine in today’s world. Thank you for the help!!
I had wipers put it by Joe A. at Madison Oh Auto Zone. He explained everything he was doing. We had a great conversation. He has a great sence of humor & made my day
I buy a lot of my parts from this store. In my opinion, the people who work at this store are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to help me better understand the project in front of me.
I used other auto parts stores and was given wrong directions and information about my project but its the Madison, Ohio store that seems to be the best
They were very helpful, came out and checked my wipers for me, and snapped them in place correctly. I really appreciate you guys! When I need parts or accessories, I will always come to Auto Zone. Thank you!!
Employees are always quick to help me as half the time I don't know what I would need as soon as i walk into the store. Sometimes I just stand by the door reading my husband's text message and cant pronounce the names of the part lol luckily there is always a associate there to help me otherwise I would have probably still be standing by the door like a dummy.
