Didn't catch his name, but I walked in looking for a headlight. The person at the counter at that night walked out with me and we looked at the car and he even popped the bulb out (thanks to Chevy's ingenuity it wasn't as easy as it should have been). Once we went back in he was very personable, and once I bought the headlights he even helped me install them. While I probably could have figured out how to get the bulb out eventually, he knew exactly what to do, I definitely appreciate it!

Have been in here a few times for various needs. Generally, the staff could use some remedial customer service training, but I've always been able to find what I need quickly and get in/out.
As I was shopping around for an alternator for my truck the last stop was O'Reilly's. When I walked Tom was the 1st guy to speak with and told him what I was looking for he looked it up and came back much cheaper but with 2 options. So he did some research to figure out the correct part I would need. Mike joined in and also assisted in to help. With a bit of brain storming we came up with a solution. Both of these guys were extremely helpful and went out of their way to get me what I needed. Thank you both.
Have had to purchase rear wiper blade and right front headlight bulb on 2 separate occasions. Got John both times and he was fantastic. Bought the wiper, he walked out and put the new one on. Bought the headlight, he went out to check it out, popped the old one out and put the new one in. Guy is on top of his job and is completely focused on helping the customer. Great asset to this organization.
First, they gave me the wrong parts. Went back to return and get a refund and was told the cores that I took in when getting parts were all ready gone. Asked to speak to the manager, manager was "unavailable". Said to the cashier, "well, pay me for the cores and I'll be out of here " Cashier goes and speaks to the manager. All of a sudden, the cores turned up. Then, there wasn't enough money to refund my purchase. The cashier was new and had to keep asking the manager (that I NEVER even saw) what to do. After 45 minutes, they gave back my money back. Will never go there again or recommend them to anyone.
Thank you for great service. I bought the parts needed to get check engine light off and put high octane fuel. After replacement parts and fueling, engine light went off immediately. Thank you again and much apprecaited!
Always a good experience. If they aren't sure of the answer to my question, they are honest, yet still offer their best educated guess. Transparency goes a long way these days.
I go to O'Reilly's because they have a good selection of exhaust repair parts, compared to the other auto stores, thank you O'Reilly's, you had just I needed!
Most people that work there don't know what they are even doing or talking about. There missake in testing a battery in my truck. I put new starter,and alternator and still did not fix it. Took same battery to AutoZone had it tested dead got new battery truck runs great. Cost me almost 400.00 I didn't need to spend. Thank You!
stopped to have my check engine light codes ran staff was sure nice and gave me the information that could be the problem and not pushy to make you buy anything
Tried 3 days at 3 different times to get a new wiper blade put on my car. Every single time they said they "can't do it right now because they were the only person there because the other person was out on deliveries ". I finally went a minute down the road to Auto Zone. Got it, they put it on all in less than 5 minutes. No more O'reillys for me. I'm done.
Have gone in there a few tines and great service. Older gentleman even helped me save more money by explaining the difference of the brands. Will keep getting my parts here.
