As a woman, getting my car serviced is sooo frustrating. At this point I just have my BF or male relative check my car in for me. The fact that Conrad's wanted to charge me $5,243 for what Auto Repair did for under $1k is worth mentioning.
They were very transparent and relatively quick with the repairs, (longest part was waiting on the parts needed).
Anywho, I will be back and definitely telling the Rav4 baddies to get their cars taken care of here.

Jack and all the guys here are AMAZING! I highly recommend them. They were very professional and understanding and helped me when no one else could! My car sat for over a month before I brought it to these men, literally I'm back on the road within a days time. They are affordable and do great work. Check them out!!

Couldn’t pay me to take my personal vehicle here! Rude attitudes and incomplete service! Charged a company I’m familiar with over $2000 for repairs on a vehicle that less than a month later said vehicle had to be scrapped.
This place is wonderful! I'm very impressed with the work done and the fact that they care about the customer. I only worked with Jack but he was knowledgeable and super friendly. Several people at my work place which is just down the street use them and have always been very pleased. Highly recommend!
Worst place ever I came here with my Audi over priced me for $164 just to do a engine scan and not even tell me what’s wrong saying it’s 12 plugs needed to be changed out for $1,000 something but that might not be the problem and there’s other problems but he obviously didn’t even know so I paid the $164 took my car to my guy hooked it up for free and told me and showed me there wasn’t any problems everything was clear and it most likely my driveshaft and front axles wouldn’t suggest anyone go here rip offs?
This is by fair the worst auto repair shop I’ve ever been too. I went to get my tires patched up and they were flat less 24 hours later. I went back and called up there and got no answer and the business was closed and it has a sign out front that says it’s open and the time Wasted my money !!
THEY ARE THE BEST, definitely professional and reasonably priced for the work I had done. I will continue to bring my cars here. I'm so happy I found a GOOD shop with great mechanics. If you are looking, PLEASE look no further. Don't say I didnt tell you.
Excellent service. I was in the area and my truck started acting up so I called them and they told me to come over and they fixed the problem. we where on the road again within a hour or so
I have taken my car to different mechanics over the years and can honestly say that I was not pleased with Auto City. They have an outrageous diagnostic fee that they charge you just to look at your car and if you don't get work done you get charged for them looking at it. Never had a mechanic charge as much as they did for diagnostic. Then they overpriced the work needing done but I didn't want to lose out on $100 for diagnostic check. So they conned me in to getting the work done just like I believe they can many other people. Not happy not pleased because the quoted price did not line up with the price scene online for the same repair. Would not suggest going to them.
They gave me a quote I set up an appointment call them prior to getting a tow was told its ok to drop off. Upon arrival they told me i had to come back next week and the car couldn’t stay on property ? 2016 camaro ss
The parts are gonna cost what they cost , but you can count on fair and honest service, these guys spent half a day diagnosing something and gave me a no charge ...WHO DOES THAT..???

Took car there for gas pump paid 1200 go thay fixed all of a sudden my engine was messed up they didnt flush out my injectors and wanted me to pay 4200 i took some where else and they said they messed will never go here again and go at your own risk
Tried to over charge me
Told me it would take an hr
work would cost 105+tx
Got work done else where it took 10min 20+tx
Come on guys that's not a good look
As far as car hospitals go they where very honest. Fixed a problem i have asked others to look at but they never fixed. Thank you for making my car feel better.
Dave tried to rip me off. He tried to charge me $450 for a amplifier for my vehicle and the real cost is $160. Then he told me it would take three hours to put the amplifier in. Which it takes less than 30 min. DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF
Above average service led by great service manager willing to work with you to get the job done. A good mechanic is hard to find Auto city has very good mechanics great service thanks.?
I can't thank you all enough this is my second visit . Both times I was so impressed excellent work and a very fair price . But most of all I was treated with such kindness and respect and professionalism. Thank you so much I'm so glad you are My Auto repair shop. Ty Tito.
I paid in excess of $1,200.00 dollars for Overpriced for "mechanical repairs, labor, parts, text and etc" which were never done! A few days later I had to have my car towed to another certified mechanic which cost me an additional $1,500 dollars. I was screwed, with no courtesy of a reach around!
Misdiagnosed 3 times and spent over a thousand before getting a second opinion. Finally fixed and no more noise but lost $ dealing with them. Also called an inspector and agreed with second opinion, I needed to repair again parts that could have been avoided, plus other issues found ugh. When someone tells you to ignore the noise that was not there prior to the “repair” RUN!
My experience in two words RIP OFF. Took my car for an oil change and asked to look into why my car was making a loud, odd sound while driving and even louder when accelerating. Found out I need a new ac compressor I was quoted a price in my opinion that was too expensive, called two other shops and was quoted a rough estimate for a little more than half of the total. Decided not to get the work done and went to pick up my car which only had an oil change done and a sound test to determine the cause of the sound. I was completely surprised when I got a balance due for $77 for an oil change and a test using headphones which was conducted in less than 5 mins. charging me $47, I didn't expect the services to be done for free but $47? over priced, over charged, rip off. Needless to say I am not a happy customer and I will not be returning, nor will I advise anyone to patronize this establishment unless you want to be taken advantage of. Totally wrong and unacceptable.
I Took my car there last week he keep it 3days or 4 when all it eas was fuses and he paid 11dollars for fuses and charged me 120 for the whole service that was a total rip off then my radiator light is on and he said its a eletrical promblem when everything else is working on the car eccept the radio and the radiator light stays on and itook ot back and he had not did nothing but park it on the second garage to tell me its a eletical prob anr they be talking about 90 dollars for dionose test thats a rip off by it self when it be somthing miner to car that don even cost 90 dollars ripp off i would not recomned no one to teno at auto city be careful he is a ripp off artist took my car to my old mecainic and e charge nothing to see what problem is at lease he dont have r car sitting and tell you defferant liesvabout your car instead of being far and fixing it and not trying to get more money out of people and letting your car sit he not right con man with lie after lie after lie dont take a mersedes to him i wont never again thats a lie talking bout best mechainic on east side and my car never 4an hot or temperature gage shooting up to 80 until i let tino work on it to get it started up when it woulding start he did somthing to it to mqke it run hot but i got it at a mersedez bens place were they work on just foreign car i will know if he did somthing messed up witch i know he did my mersedes never ran hot for 2years straight
I have brought my Mazda 2 here twice. Once for brake rotors and pads, another for rear shocks. Both times the work was excellent, quick, and affordable. I will definitely be using Auto City for my repair and maintenance in the future.
