Car Parts Wharehouse is an awesome place for your automotive repair needs. The deals are pretty fair, They're also in some convenient places throughout the city, plus I've seen when you look them up, it seems to be some affiliate like stores in their search, which is cool with me, as long as they have what I need. It even gives me a chance to experience the store, because some of the stores I never knew existed or visited, and I love automotives.

Terrible customer service but apparently they have a wide range of parts.

Jeff was very rude when he answered that they don't have moog part k750932 and said it does not exist like if I made it up. While rockauto which is part of you them on online sales has in it stock and so does moog and multiple online vendors,, then after the attitude just hung up while I was speaking.. I used to work at car parts warehouse on clark for a few years and it's disappointing to see they are letting rude ignorance answer the phone..they lady at counter is opposite and was very helpful

This is one of two places that I go to with problem with my car and can't seems to find my car parts no where at all. If ur having problem with getting ur parts for ur car and Trucks, Vans, even imports, I really would recommend to speak to this guy Jim. He sets right in Side of the door. I can guarantee that he will get ur parts for just about anything that runs on diesel or gasoline engines. Ok?

I got parts from them and they mad on me when I go returned parts and they don't want to give my refund back they are still my money and now they don't want to take my parts return in 1 hr

A place of business should keep it professional at all times...If you close at 2pm and I call at 1:47 and you answer the phone hello..no greeting ...I have to ask if this is the business and then you answer yes we're closed?? It's 1:47 but ok .
