Called to schedule a simple repair on my hood latch. I stopped at the Firestone in Hudson yesterday to see how long it would take and they have no problem working on hood latches, but the Euclid location informed me that they don’t do hood latches at this “Complete Auto Repair” shop. They need to change their name to “Selective Auto Repair” to reflect the laziness with which they accept work at this location.
Great customer service from Kelis, she was very helpful and friendly, Paul did a great job fixing up my car as well, will definitely be coming back here from now on!
Terrible location and customer service is even worst and very unprofessional!!! I dropped my tire off already off the vehicle all I needed was for it to be patched ! And given back to me a simple 20/30 minute fix. I dropped it off on my lunch break at 11 at 5 after school the tire is still not done and I dropped it off on my break so I can get to work on time after school. Upon going to picking my tire up after school I asked why it wasn’t done yet and the lady at the desk was very rude after she told me upon dropping off it would only be about a hour which was excessive but I didn’t care cause I was leaving it until I got out of class anyway. She was very rude about me asking about my tire that has sat here in the same spot I dropped it off in hours before just to get a 10 minute fix done ! And had the nerve to have an attitude with me !? Very unprofessional especially after my tires are only a month old and I spent $1500 on them with Firestone ! I ran a nail over the night before definitely won’t be spending money with Firestone anymore
The lady I worked with was very friendly and knowledgeable and handled exactly what I needed done. I only use the dealer for my cars but since I couldn't on a Sunday I was Highly impressed by the job and price from this store.
Amazing service. I called them, and they got me in same day. The manager was super nice and helpful. They got me out quick too. Highly recommend this place!
I made an appt. on Monday to get 4 new tires on Wednesday. They did not have the right tires, when I arrived, and did not tell me until another later when they did. Then it took another 2 hours just to balance and install tires due to understaffing and what appeared to be very low morale.
I blame this on corporate, not the store staff. The tires themselves are great.
One of the best Firestone locations I’ve ever been to. The manager was friendly and went out of her way to make sure all the services I needed were completed in a timely manner. My vehicle is older and some of the parts were harder to find but the mechanics did an excellent job getting all the parts.
10/10 I will come here for all my future car repairs and I would recommend this location to anyone who may needs service.
This Firestone lives up to the quality you can expect from a long lasting brand. The manager is a very wonderful and helpful person. She is willing to work with you. Technicians have been knowledgeable and friendly at this location. Thank you all for the excellent service and quality tire and break services!
Was in town visiting from California ! Staff was so friendly, courteous & prompt. The GM Tabatha ? was hustling and doing more than I ever seen at a Firestone! She was painting cleaning taking care of customers, etc. Nick was awesome too! It seemed like a tight crew and everyone respected each other. Definitely a good experience and worth leaving a review! We traveled 8 hours from North Carolina to Ohio and had some serious vibrations in the car. We bought the car used and already had a blow out this year. I spoke to a mechanic friend on the phone back in NC and he gave me his thoughts. Firestone confirmed them and took care of us. It was a surprise we made it here. They took excellent care of us. I believe it was Tabitha who helped us out. Excellent job and diagnosis.

Hi, there were a couple of reasons why I will be returning to Firestone and I am suggesting it to others. The Customer Service, I was informed of the many benefits when purchasing there different services. Also, I was treated great by the Sales Associate. The Service was quick and I notice the same service I received was being shown to others. Thank you, Firestone Complete Auto Care. We Live in a time, in which customer service is lacking, so when it is shown it makes a difference especially when purchasing goods and services.
I feel so lucky to have landed here after my car started shaking on a cross country drive. Tabatha figured out the problem, fixed it, and got me back on the road as fast as possible. She also helped me figure out what had gone wrong at the previous shop and spoke with the manager there to get the repair costs covered. She is my hero. If I lived nearby, this would be my go-to shop.
I stopped in for an oil change and brakes and was greeted by Tabatha. Tabatha was very helpful and precise explaining everything that needed to be done. I was very pleased with the service that was provided and how they had me in and out very quickly. I went to Firestone in Euclid because I had a strange noise coming from my breaks. The team got me in and out quickly with great pricing and the store manager Tabatha went above and beyond explaining the repair process and the pricing. Matt at Firestone was great! My front tire blew out on the interstate and I was able to get it towed to his store. I’ve been strapped for cash lately, luckily they have financing options! I got a new set on my Supra in just a hour. Thank you Matt and team! I’ll definitely be recommending this location to all of my friends and family in the area!
