From the time I first walked in to the time I had left I felt welcomed and memorable. I would highly recommend Steve, he was the best and very professional but a true soul. I will forever remember him and will always recommend him for business. He will never disappoint, I promise. I am in love with my car, and I would say it was affordable, clean, and comfortable. We even took it to my mechanic and not one single thing was wrong with this beauty. Again, highly recommend Steve and highly recommend looking into the vehicles they offer.

Save your money and don’t buy anything from this dealership. I bought a 2014 GMC sierra from them and it’s been nothing but problems since I’ve had it.
First the fuel pump went out and the water pump needed replaced. Then the truck needed a battery ( admittedly not a big deal)
Now I have a check engine light on my truck.
Once again, SAVE YOUR MONEY and go anywhere else

Stephen was awesome! We had a specific vehicle in mind to look at and he was quick to pull it up and get it ready for a walk around and test drive. No 20-questions BS game -- straight to looking at the car. We ended up looking at and drivign 3 cars on the lot and bought one. Stephen make the entire process easy and ACTUALLY ENJOYABLE! Other dealerships and salespeople could learn a lot from this, but until then, come here for your next car.

Steve and Leo out performed every other car dealership we’ve ever gone to. I would recommend buying a vehicle from them any day. We purchased a used Honda, which had some issues before we bought it. Leo and Steve made sure the car was perfect, before we left the lot with it.
i had bought a car from them 27 days ago and put exactly 1064 miles on the car and the transmission has blown, there was a series of red flags right from the beginning with this place, first when i got there some information about the car hadn’t been disclosed and upon my way home the EPC and the check engine light had both come on, varying in over 7 codes flashing on the OBD reader, next, one of the employees children came out to greet me and say he’s been driving this car for a month and starts to tell me he’s been rough on it, the vehicle has blown the transmission when i simply put the car in drive and was on my way to work.
do not buy a car from this dealer, they didn’t offer any warranties when buying the car, they are not willing to offer any decent help, and they ignored my emails prompting me to call them.
this place is shady and i would not go here.
here’s an update 2 hours later, the dealership contacted me and offered to fix the vehicle if i paid for towing, and would possibly have to pay for the repairs, this tow would be from akron to cleveland that would be quite costly, and me being upset i described my frustrations without swearing or using any sort of derogatory remarks to which i was met with the reply of “ be reasonable”
so i had taken this car to an authorized vw mechanic to have it taken a look at, the drink plug for transmission was on the skid plate just hanging out! this shows a lack of incompetence by their mechanics, this is the first time the car was touched by my mechanics, and i watched all of this unfold before my very eyes, i then contacted the dealer to tell them about the diagnostic to where they said they can’t help me because i slammed them online, this place is full of immature sleezy salesman, the mechanics are a joke, and their customer service only exists to get you out the door.
Really appreciate the smooth car buying experience. Full transparency, quick response time, and catering to the needed repairs on the vehicle before purchase. Would recommend to anyone!!
LOUSY, NO GOOD DEALERSHIP:
They had the audacity to sell me this Audi A4 that runs really good as of right now and it didn’t have any issues except for the stereo. I checked the whole car out from top to bottom to make sure that it was a good car and found out that I have a malfunctioning stereo. So I contact the crappy dealership and talked to Leo and he basically said that they can’t fix it now that I have it and it’s been over 30 days even though it took 3 weeks for them to just send one amplifier out. I do not like their honesty and how they do things when it comes to selling cars. Don’t care at all what happens after you leave the lot. Remember I caught this before I even left the lot with the car. They should have fixed it or paid for me to get it fixed somewhere else, but they are just lousy, cheap good for nothing sellers. DONT BUY HERE! THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY!

I purchased a vehicle and within 2 days I had to bring it back because it was over heating.
Leo took it to his mechanic who said it was the thermostat.They changed the thermostat and I took it for a test drive and right away and it over heated again. I went right back to the dealership. He kept the vehicle for 2 days then told me it was the water pump.
I had my fingers crossed hoping the mechanic got it right. Went to pick the car up a day or so later and went for a test drive and it immediately over heated again. I took the car back to Leo and did not hear from him for several days so I stopped in and he told me that the engine was blown!!
I asked him if I could return the vehicle and possibly purchase another one as the vehicle was 12 thousand dollars. He said no I could not but he would get a rebuilt engine and put it in the vehicle.
At this point I was not happy with his mechanic as he could not figure the problem out and I was afraid of that mechanic putting another engine in the car when he could not even figure out what was wrong with the vehicle in the first place. Needless to say I was stuck. I waited about 2 weeks or so there after on them replacing the engine. Finally got the car but still did not have the title from the dealership for it!!
I waited for the vehicle for almost 30 days to be fixed, then I waited even longer for the title!
The front end of the car was not put back together correctly as 1 side is higher up then the other. I took a look at it and found that when it got put back together several of the clips on the driver side of the vehicle were broken and that is why it is crooked! This again tells me about the less than desirable mechanic work done on the vehicle. I have now had the Lemon vehicle for about a month and what do you know, it did stop over heating but yesterday my check engine light came on!! I guess I am stuck with this lousy vehicle!!!
I am going to take it to my own mechanic as I no way,shape or form trust the mechanic at the dealership.
I do understand that it is a used vehicle. I had hoped to be able to drive it before I
needed to have service done on it but it sure did not work out that way.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR HERE or using their so called mechanic for any services on a vehicle.
Straight forward, fast, and convenient! I drove 4 hours (from central N.Y.) to check out a hard-to-find car and I wasn't disappointed. The car was just as described and the pictures captured everything important. Leo walked me through a smooth transaction and arranged for delivery of the car right to my driveway. Awesome experience and highly recommended!
I had just been in an accident and my car was totaled. I was in need of a new vehicle to get to work and get daily life back to normal. I found my new van here and was assured it was reliable. Two months later and this is not the case. My van is overheating, undrivable and has a blown head gasket. They put some kind of additive in because the van is leaking a green slime. These people are not honest and take zero responsibility for the vehicles they sell. Sorry, Steve but you are not a good person , just a lying salesman making the next sale. ......after Cleveland Auto store saw my post they requested I take it down and would so something to help. Just another lie, as they've done nothing. I would not recommend buying here. ???

I bought this car two weeks ago. I'm happy with everything, it works great. For myself, I decided to go to a mechanic and have it checked, since the car is not new after all. Everything turned out great, no problems. I'm very pleased. The trip to the mechanic was completely free, since I bought a full year warranty for little money.
