This place acts like they have the best interest but will leave you with a broken car after doing repair work. I was fooled by the good reviews dont make the same mistake, also I would like to mention that I took my car to a reputable shop after going here and they said the work done at this shop messed up my car, so I have proof they screwed me over.

Mike and Ariel were really great. I've been here before and definitely worth the price. I told them what was going on and they did a full inspection and fixed within 3 hrs. My old shocks and spark plugs and yet the dealership is bought from said nothing was wrong. Euclid Automotive is reasonably priced and also offers Snap Finance.

They must be buying positive reviews or fooling people because this shop is run by scam artists. I was fooled by the reviews too and they must be doing a good job to manage the reviews because there is no way that no one else has figured them out. They made me a promise and said that they would charge me a certain amount for something and if they found that anything else needed to be done, they would apply that charge to the other work. That is the only reason I chose them over another shop initially. They lied. I got the work done and they found a lame reason to have to do the work twice so they tried to charge me twice for something that should never need to be done TWICE and it was a lie that they needed to do it twice anyway. They just thought they were going to get over on me. I was recording and so they are lucky that they did not follow through. I have proof of work that was done beforehand which is why I knew they were lying. I did some of the work myself but they wouldn't suspect that given who I am. They told me that parts were bad that WERE NOT which I already knew and the next mechanic confirmed. They lied about a lot of things that anyone with common sense could figure out. So they basically thought I was completely dumb. Its okay because people do it all the time but maybe next time don't make assumptions. They have a woman doing all the dirty work. She makes you think they are genuinely trying to help you and they aren't. Her whole calm and helpful personality went out the window when I called them out. Again, I was recording so they are lucky that they knew when to just stop. I was ready for a case. I still have the footage so please don't even bother coming on here and lying or I'll post it if possible. I was still robbed of the money they charged to probably do nothing and I was lucky enough that the second mechanic redid the work just to make sure they hadn't lied and they did it for free. So it all evened out. The second mechanic only charged me $60 for something else (which was actually a problem) and then my car was acting right again. This shop right here (Euclid Automotive) never fixed any issues so I was out of money with no problem solved because I refused to let them do anything else to my car. They were going to steal my good parts and make me pay for "new ones" and they were likely going to reuse my "used but working parts" on someone else's vehicle In the end, only one, small thing needed work on my car but this place was about to charge me somewhere over $400 for it AND steal my good parts that I had JUST put in the car. BIG SCAM. Don't go here unless you go with receipts and know what you're talking about or you're desperate. Record interactions with these Scam artists.

I had my brakes done at Euclid Automotive this past weekend and had a great experience. The staff was prompt, courteous, and very professional. They finished the job right on time as promised, and the pricing was very reasonable.

I recently went in for a change of my plugs and wires (16 plugs and 8 coils in a 17’ Ram 1500) along with an oil change after being referred to them. They were very reasonably priced and even gave me a ride back home instead of waiting at the shop for the work to be done. I’d recommend these folks to anyone, and Mike (the owner) is a great guy.

MIKE IS THE BEST. He drove 40 MINUTES just 1hr before they closed on a Friday to come pick up my car. He IMMEDIATELY recognized the issue when trying to start it (needed new alternator and battery) and he had my car up and out in 2 minutes. Picked it up today and it’s perfect. So stoked. SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than a dealership with significantly better service. Big Mike fan. Would recommend.

Just was there with my Honda accord from someone stealing my Cadillac converter off of it and when I say they got down to the bottom of it and repaired it for a very reasonable price! This place is great. I highly recommend. I was desperate and stranded. My truck would not start. They showed up like a knight with shinning armor and saved my day. (I needed an alternator.) They did their best to make sure it wasn't just a battery issue right there on the spot before bringing it to the shop. He put my alternator on the same day. AND even put on for FREE piece that holds the battery steady that I didn't know I needed. A1+++ service, especially for the girlies that know NOTHING about cars ?❤️?✅. I felt safe. They have earned my business for life ?.

Mike hooked us up with a great deal, towed the car for us and got right to work and got the car working quickly. The radiator was replaced and also the team noticed that it was important to put new thermostat in to ensure the car engine did not over heat, something others might miss. Good quality, prices and great team!
