At the worst possible time heading to the airport for a holiday flight during rush hour in Cleveland, my car decveided to shutdown completely. After calling AAA, they told me the nearest tow truck was 2 hours away. That was unacceptable since my flight was in just over 2 hours. Long story short, after calling 3 other tow truck companies who were also unacceptably postponed, Speedy Fleet came to the rescue while I was mid-call to my 4th towing service. Maybe it was just dumb luck, but the driver at Speedy Fleet towing company understood the situation and was quick to load my car and they drop me and my wife to the airport before dropping the car off at a service center near downtown. Frank was a real class act, going above and beyond making sure my vehicle was cared for in transport and was friendly to boot.
