They showed up super fast! And Moe (the driver) was very knowledgeable on Fords known shifting issue and was able to get the car into neutral within minutes! Very kind and respectful the whole time. And cheaper than expected! Will definitely call these guys for any future towing needs!

All my electric went out and my van died getting on 90 from MLK. Crazy traffic. Super fast arrival. Towed me all the way to a dealership. Had concern for my safety, as the traffic was very hectic, let me sit in the cab of the truck. Very professional.
At the worst possible time heading to the airport for a holiday flight during rush hour in Cleveland, my car decveided to shutdown completely. After calling AAA, they told me the nearest tow truck was 2 hours away. That was unacceptable since my flight was in just over 2 hours. Long story short, after calling 3 other tow truck companies who were also unacceptably postponed, Speedy Fleet came to the rescue while I was mid-call to my 4th towing service. Maybe it was just dumb luck, but the driver at Speedy Fleet towing company understood the situation and was quick to load my car and they drop me and my wife to the airport before dropping the car off at a service center near downtown. Had the unfortunate event of a double flat on I90. Called Speedy Fleet and they took care of me. Firstly they ensured the safety of me and my passengers, then my vehicle. Frank was a real class act, going above and beyond making sure my vehicle was cared for in transport and was friendly to boot.
