Charged my company over 400 bucks for a road call even though I came to them and they charged a 2 hour minimum for a half hour trailer light repair that was half a$$ed anyway.
I called at 3:41 p.m. and spoke with the same guy I met at the shop. I told him that I was having trailer light issues. I arrived here 20 minutes later from phone call. Once I got there, the guy told me that they're too busy and they're closing at 5 p.m. 2 guys were working on a white Volvo. All he had 2 do is say no on the phone and I would have saved a wasted trip there for nothing!
