Great experience at Manheim Cleveland! The staff was professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Everything went smoothly — fast check-in, clear communication, and the truck looked perfect. Definitely recommend this location!
The team that works at the auction are super people. But it is very problematic to sell cars at this auction. Regular sellers go to the line first and you as a new participant at the very end, but this is ineffective since all the buyers have already left the auction and there are few people online. Very bad location. Columbus is a much better location.
Worst gate entrance for size and looks goes to this location. Not only are they too small, they aren't positioned correctly. Waste of money. Can barely fit a half ton size truck in this gate.
This place bought out Cleveland Auto Auction out and it turns out it's much, much better now. Good deals for most cars. If you know a thing or two (preferably more than that) about cars then this is the place for you. You can find many different varieties of cars/trucks/vehicles that offer different levels of fixing up, while some vehicles can be driven right off the lot after winning. Great place for mechanics and auto-saavy clients. I would not recommend for the unknowledgeable about cars though.
Extremely unhappy with that auction...wrong mileage was given to people viewing car that I took to sale there.....then the car did not sale....so the car was supposed to run through the auction again the next week which was on Wednesday at the dealers auction but they did not run my car and had no reasonable explanation why.....I will never go there to sale a vehicle again or recommend to anyone....
Arrived early to pick up the car the dealership bought. The nice guard let us in and pointed us in the right direction. Car was exactly as described. A mechanic who had come in early helped us air up the soft tire and directed us to a very accommodating tire shop across the street before hitting the road back to Indiana. All in all a great experience.
Love the people here... Very helpful for all areas.. Office, security, and general employees. Its nice to stop at a business and all employees are professional and courteous. Will recommend this place to anyone...

Lol this auction is a joke making public bidders pay a $200 dollar non refundable membership fee. I wasted my time and gas driving 45 minutes away from home! Having a dealer pay for a membership fee is understandable but public bidders may not see anything they want and are not stuck with a $200 yearly membership. Never heard of ANY public auction making the public pay a membership. I have heard of an auctioneer buyer/bidding fee, but nothing like this. Sounds like a scam. I will definitely look for another public auction to shop at! I would never recommend this auction to anyone! Also and even if you win the bid it is still not guarantee you get the car if the reserve price isn't met! Terrible I would rate 0 star if i had the option!
They said they have public auctions, but they do not tell you that YOU MUST PAY A $200 yearly membership fee that is non refundable for the public! I never heard of public auctions making you pay a membership fee especially since many people only come once year to get a newer car. I understand a bidders fee, but MAKING ME GET A MEMBERSHIP ? This is the second public auction they have held and it seems they are pressed for money by making the public pay an outrageous membership fee with nothing but a bunch of dealers going to overbid on everything anyway! Not recommended I will shop somewhere else!!!! Hope this help someone.
