After visiting and researching several MB dealerships and foreign car repair shops, I found Mag Motors. I had my B service done here. I do highly recommend this business . They have certified experts to service your car as well excellent staff to help with your needs. Matt was very helpful as to what my concerns . Also at the most reasonable prices.
I had a dead battery replaced and other maintenance services that were due. Communication was excellent (thank you Matt!) during the entire process and options were fully explained. I am extremely satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.
So glad I found the Mag Motors team for my 2009 C300 Mercedes! I recently needed my brakes done and they were very thorough in defining what was required, only front brakes, and additional safety related work that needed to be done. Nothing was done in an upsell manner which I really appreciated. Their work and parts come with a warranty so should anything go awry down the road, I will be covered which is assuring.
Turn around time was awesome and communication was good throughout the process. Highly recommend the phenomenal team at MAG Motors - You, and your Mercedes, will be is great hands and well taken care of!

My Mercedes c300 decided to stop working in the middle of the night. i had it towed to MAG Motors, and they did a phenomenal job. Not only did they fix everything that was wrong, but they went above and beyond making sure everything else was okay. Communication was amazing as well, letting me know if i have other options, or what should be the best choice. Great Shop! Also after hours drop off and pick up was an excellent experience as well.
Mag Motors specialize in servicing Mercedes Benz vehicles they offer top notch equipment and certified technicians. They performed a diagnostic test on my vehicle the prices that was quoted were cheaper then going to the dealership. Great customer service I highly recommend this shop.

Great guys who use awesome software to communicate must-do and do-soon service. Always do our homework on their quotes and find their prices reasonable. Videos of issues and technical explanations are shared just like at modern dealerships. If you have an older Benz — this is THE place in Cleveland to take it for maintenance big and small.

A great experience, I’ve been servicing Mercedes-Benz vehicles at Mercedes-Benz dealerships for over 40 years. These people are professional, experienced, and personable to deal with. It’s the same as dealing at a Mercedes service department, only with a huge discount and a personal touch.
Great service received service for my c43 a couple weeks ago here they were so nice and very detailed and took care of everything I needed done even gave my car a great wash after service !!
I was referred to Mag Motors by my husband who passed away recently. Before he was in the hospital, Mag Motors diagnosed my vehicle and gave me a $2600 diagnosis on repairs that should be done according to them, very soon. The engine light was on. We THOUGHT Mag Motors was a great auto body shop. However, a family member had my vehicle from time to time and the vehicle went to Mercedes Benz Dealership of Bedford, Ohio. The Dealer did a diagnostic test on my vehicle. They said that the only thing wrong with my vehicle was a software update. They were crowded and gave me a free two day loaner car and updated my vehicles software for $237. I am so disappointed in Mag Motors. How long has this company been ripping off my husband and I? How long have they been ripping YOU off? I am going to post this to the BBB......
Feeling grateful for the excellent service for a reasonable price that I received on my 2017 Mercedes Sprinter Van Diesel (2018 Airstream Interstate GT RV). Highly recommend MAG Motors.

The service I received on my 1989 Diesel MB was outstanding and reasonably priced. I highly recommend MAG motors to MB owners. I never leave reviews, but in this case, I felt it was my duty bc the service and customer service were above and beyond. Thank you! ?
If you have a smart car then go here. The charge a lot less than the dealerships that are smart car certified. It's been a week since I got my car back and no issues. They are upfront about everything. No mystery charges. And they don't fleece you.
Excellent service, cost is great compared to my local Mercedes dealer. I took my 2018 S560 there and they took great care of me, I even had a factory recall and they handled the back and forth to the dealer for me, as it was warranty repair from Mercedes. I’ve taken my GLS and my E350 here and I will continue to use them.
The staff MAG Motors is extremely friendly and professional! They have the patience to answer all my questions in detail. Matt was very knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained the service that was being done to my car and also any upcoming maintenance needed on the car down the road.

Brought in a c300 with a no start electrical issue that left me head scratching. Damon kept me informed with every step of the process. Very knowledgeable and competent establishment. Felt like a friend more than I did a customer. Happy to find a shop that’s run by honest people with integrity. Will definitely be back for any future repairs.

I’ve been bringing my Mercedes-Benz ML350 here for the past 3 years, and they’ve always been fantastic. Recently, they replaced the spark plugs, transmission fluid, and engine oil—everything was done perfectly. They truly know Mercedes-Benz vehicles and are very reliable. Highly recommend!
If I could give MAG Motors a higher rating I would. I cannot recommend this place enough. The guys are so kind, so honest, incredibly knowledgeable, so down to earth and easy to worth with. The location is super convenient, and very clean if you happen to have to wait for your services to get done (coffee, water, etc). I’ve been in for both a schedule B and a new battery, and will never take my car anywhere else. Even though I wasn’t rushed to get a new battery, I wanted to do it sooner than later, Because I often have a toddler with me. I called at 10:30AM, went in at 1pm the same day and was done and out by 1:30 PM! They even gave my son snacks and a hot wheels car. It was just kindest, and most efficient interaction I’ve ever had. These guys do not miss a beat. 20/10!!!
Took my car in for 50k mile service along with a windshield washing fluid issue. The fixed my washer issue and performed the needed maintenance. I am so glad we found a certified Mercedes mechanic that was not part of the Mercedes dealership. They people are very curtious and knowledgeable. I have recommended to some of my friends and they now take their car there.

I was referred to Mag Motors after having a new stereo system installed in my car. I truly was grateful for the referral because Mag Motors certainly did not disappoint when taking care of my baby. The staff was absolutely amazing!!! They gave rade A service!! Giving me a detailed estimate of what work needed to be done on my Mercedes and the price was quite reasonable. From now on, they will be my #1 go to for any future maintenance for my car

The MAG Motors team was incredibly helpful from the very first phone call when I was searching for reasonably priced service for our Mercedes GLE 350.
