After going to a different auto store to install my new windshield wipers. After an employee struggled with the install for 20 minutes, I drove down brookpark 500 feet and the driver side blade popped off. ?
I went straight to O'Reilly's and a female employee came outside and snapped my wiper right back on correctly.

Theres a really rude lady who just hung up after saying “do that online” after asking a question that pertains to this store, if you have some rude lady, just hang up, shes not worth your time and obviously your not worth hers
Chris was super helpful I had a stripped battery bolt Chris came out in the cold and helped me replace it and was happy to do it if anyone needs any help I would make this my first choice
Great guys, only ones who knew how to reset the dashboard computer in my car so the "requires maintenance" light would go off after an oil change! Slowzone couldn't figure it out and neither could the guys at the oil change place!
SCAMMERS SCAMMING WATCH OUT OWNER NEVER CONTACTED ME AFTER REPEATED visits/calls presume mgr Chris stonewalling. Entered for fuse replacement he ditched mine then switched fuse locations mismatching causing car start failure for 3 hours while they re pushing buying their repairs. Asked to have my$200 dealer charge reimbursed again mgr Chris just ignoringly flips the finger. Owner obviously doesn't watch the business. They'll be out of business soon enough. Give em 0 stars

My brakes started leaking when I went to get my uncle in Warren, OH. So I called all the local stores and finally O'Reilly's had the part I needed but it was at the Youngstown location, otherwise it would have to be ordered but I needed to get back to Cleveland that night because my uncle was having a surgery early the next morning at the Cleveland UH and I live in Cleveland. So we went out to that location and got the part, which was supposed to be a driver's side rear brake hose, but when I got back to put it on the car, it was for the passenger side and was missing the crush washers and didn't come with the mounting bracket and was a "returned part" and will probably get returned by the next customer because the wrong part is in the box. So I ordered both rear hoses on Amazon for the same exact price I paid for one hose at O'Reilly's, and the ones from Amazon came with 2 sets of crush washers and the mounting brackets. What I can say is they have Friendly staff. Staff was helpful and asked if I needed anything upon entering the store, so that was nice. I did return a few days later to purchase an oil filter and that was a positive experience. I prefer to fix & maintain my own cars and other things and I enjoy the convenience of auto parts stores when you HAVE to have the part ASAP, as well as the fact that you can get "specialized tools" and borrow tools and the store's have lots of other car specific products making it better than online in that sense. I would still recommend O'Reilly's auto parts even after receiving the wrong part and the return process was quick and smooth.
It's one of the best stores in town... if you need help or any ideas, you need to go see Ray he is a super professional employee there ( deserved ? ??? service ?)
Great selection of parts on hand. Your normal everyday wear is tare stuff is usually in stock. I had friendly, fast service. They did have to order some parts which did get in the next day. So overall I had a good experience.

I was there yesterday looking for a belt for my snow blower. They took the time to double check to make sure they did not have the belt. They also gave me ideas as to where to look next .

I recently visited O'Reilly's and was helped by Sam and Heather. They were both incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Their customer service was exceptional, and I left feeling very satisfied with my experience. I highly recommend working with Sam and Heather at O'Reilly's! They also both deserve a great promotion and a raise!
I'm giving them 4 because I've had a few issues with things not being the right part. That's the way it goes when you're just a diy er. All in all the service is great. I would recommend because there parts are better and I really like the staff.
Stopped in for bulbs for my brake lights. Chris not only was pleasant but extremely helpful. Got my bulbs and even set up a veterans discount for me, then offered to install them. Chris is the kind of employee that gives your company a good name.
I've never shopped at O'Reilly's but my battery started failing a couple weeks ago and had been charged once and jumped a few times. The last person who rescued me was a mechanic and told me I should drive straight to a repair place or to buy a battery bc he didn't think it would start again. So I turned down Snow, knowing there's a few car places. Saw O'Reilly's and thought they should have what I needed.
The gentlemen at the counter found what I needed in just a few moments. He had me checked out in less than 5 minutes. Then I got the most wonderful surprise: they install the batteries for free!
My car has 2 and I bought both bc it was cheaper to replace both at the same time than to go to a mechanic and pay for diagnostics when I knew it had to be a battery issue.
I was there and gone in about 30 minutes. There were two gentlemen working, both very nice and kind. I felt bad the one was outside in the cold and he told me it wasn't an issue and to stay inside where it was warm.
I had a great experience for something I found very stressful. It was a lot of money but they made it worth the visit. I highly recommend visiting if you need something for your car. I know my husband and I will definitely visit again. Hopefully not for a long time. LOL
Very helpful staff, understood my questions and was able to give some great ideas for harder to find parts. Price for the items was much better than Autozone and they had at least one in stock.
Needed a battery for my 2016 Equinox. The control module on this model sits on top of the battery. Another brand name store was willing to sell me the battery but would not install it because they didn't feel comfortable moving the control module out of the way.
I called OReilly's and spoke with Chris. He informed me that they were able to do the installation. I was really impressed with his attitude and expertise. He completed the replacement in 10 minutes. I highly recommend Oreilly's. Thank you Chris.
I decided to stop paying $80.00 for an oil change and am going to do it myself. They had a special on oil and filters. Staff extremely helpful and prices way cheaper than autozine without all the long waits.

Excellent service. I have to shout out Israel for being like a personal mechanic for the amount of times I had to come in dealing with check engine codes and battery problems. Always went above and beyond on what’s expected out of your typical “autozone/advanced” employee.
I will only shop at O’Reilly’s and would recommend this store to any of my friends and family. When your car is breaking down. It’s very stressful. Go to O’Reilly’s Auto Parts where they make things easier.
