Great prices on auto parts. About the cheapest I was able to find for brakes and rotors. Had to come here after the Clark location didn't have the parts they said they had in stock but was able to get them here luckily
Every time I need parts it's as if they stock all replacement parts specifically for my year and model! Never have to wait and always great people helping me at the counter! My experience with this store is always a great one. Service is nothing but phenomenal. Employees are passionate about their jobs. They are super nice and helpful. And their prices are awesome. Will definitely continue to buy all my car parts at C.P.W.
I made 3 or 4 phone calls, I needed a catylitic converter, and they hung up on me each time I called back, very poor customer service. So I called Rainbow Muffler in Maples Heigts, Ohio, and Don the manager, took care of me with prompt custom service.
Affordable prices and quick in and out. No masks being worn properly, everybody had on their chin or nose out. You should probably know what your looking for before calling or at least some idea.
I had bought a battery there with a 30 month replacement guarantee and it was one month before it expired and they honored my guarantee when the battery failed to hold a charge. They were Great!
Treated like an idiot, wasn't quoted a price for the part I asked. Just told "To take my car to a professional"
Called and gave them my make, model, year, doors, and engine. I waited for them to put the information in.
Then I asked them to quote a price on an EVAP canister and a gas cap. The man on the phone asked if I needed an emission test. I told him that I do. (Obviously)
He proceeded to tell me that there are tons of other parts that could fail instead of that. And I should really just take it to a personal shop. Instead of just throwing money at my car. He wouldn't give me a part cost or tell me if it was in stock.
I understand that response if I didn't know what engine I have. Maybe even then maybe ask if I know what I'm doing. Warn me that may not fix it. Then sell me what i asked for. Thats your job.
I bought my EVAP canister elsewar and fixed it.
How did I know it would? Because I am a mechanic and checked it with my code reader. But I'm not explaining myself to be sold someing.
I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and Jessica took very good care of me on matching Parts with your competitors with the exception of your phone service that was very poor waiting on on the hold button everything was good

Random operating hours. I arrived more then an hour before closing and found this note on the door. No notice provided on any of the usual outlets (i.e. - website, telephone message, Google hours listing). Please get with the modern times Car Parts Warehouse.
Called about parts for our truck. Asked the guy on the phone if he had the parts and how much. he said he had them and gave us the price. Drove 25 minutes to get there and the guy told us 'you didn't ask if it was in stock." Why else would we ask if they had it and how much it was.
