Absolutely amazing staff here, I broke down next door and Greg helped me with figuring out what was wrong and getting the parts I needed so i could drive back home. I could not be more grateful and fortunate to have been where I was when my car wouldn't start. Thank you again and I will be back whenever I have any issues!

Gregory McMasters at store #1770 on Snow Rd in Brookpark, Ohio had the knowledge on Battery Jump Starters & Chargers to get me what I needed. Saved me in the 10° weather. He even had it partially charged enough to start the car.

Really appreciate the two employees (I didn’t get their names) at the Brook Park location that replaced my really difficult to change headlight bulb.

I went into the AutoZone at15427 Snow Rd, Brook Park, OH 44142 to get a new battery, not only was the service quick and and helpful the staff went above and beyond to make my experience surprisingly inspiring. I walked to this AutoZone to get this battery and employees Greg and Hannah actually gave me a ride home so I didn't have to carry the battery that I had purchased. I want to thank both of them making my experience amazing.

This autozone is great. The staff is cool and very helpful. I've gone to other autozones and when you ask for services like battery testing or whatnot, They start making excuses... " OH, it's too late. " it's too cold out" "We don't have the device for that" Whatever... These guys don't do that. They do thier jobs. I respect that.

This needs to be said. My last couple visits to this location left me scratching my head. This location used to employ people that were engaging. They were people who really cared about helping the customers. What happened? I visited the store today to ask about a part. I asked a question and received a blunt "No!" and a blink, nothing more. I turned and walked out. The associate didn't ask what kind of vehicle I had. Matter if fact he never touched the computer. I'm well aware that the part I need can be ordered, but this was never offered to me. There were 2 associates at the time. They both found this interaction amusing/humorous I didn't. All I can say is that they looked and functioned like two matching bookends behind the counter. I left Autozone and visited O'Reillys. There, my experience was the exact opposite. They interacted and seemed really interested. They didn't have the part but they voluntarily suggested a place where I could buy what I need. Just a friendly suggestion, work with your associates a little more. This Autozone store has to be struggling financially. Help us and help yourself in the process.

Ethan was a big help in helping me find a good pair of Rain X wiper blades and he installed them too!

I want to thank Ethan and Zack for their help earlier today. They helped me getting my old battery tested and installed a new one for my wife's car. She was freaking out before all of this when her car had to get jumped at a gas station. I told her to go straight over to Auto Zone and we were completely happy with the customer service. Good job guys!

I stopped in for a rear window wiper blade and they didn't have any in stock so Ethan arranged to have one delivered:) When i came back a few days later Ethan was there again, greeted me and offered to install it for me. I really appreciated that as it took him 30 seconds whereas I would have fiddled with it for 30 mins. He is very friendly and anticipated that i could use help without my having to ask. Thanks Ethan!

I want to thank Anthony & Ethan who went above and beyond to help with my key fob...I'm happy to say how pleasant it was to experience good customer service. Usually employees pretend they don't see you or run an hide.

Well for not being a regular. Stopped in a couple years ago dealing with battery issues. Today a headlight went out. Both experiences dealing with chivalrous gentlemen. Me not being the car savvy type of person. But willing to tackle any small repair. Looked like an idiot pulling out high beam light, instead of regular. Oops. And instead of your usual guy that knows it all, rips you in a hostile fun way explaining what you did wrong, have a nice day! Bob immediately was gracious, happens all the time, wasn’t even done explaining before he started walking out saying, here I’ll help ya out. Both times too after winter storm. You’d think in freezing temps and snow, they’ll say anything to not go outside. Psych. More than happy to help. Thank you Bob. Very rare these days you find consistent chivalry moments. Sure there’s others, definitely only shopping at this Autozone location.

Manager told me both my truck batteries were dead after allegedly attempting to recharge them yesterday around 7 PM claimed they were dead and he attempted to persuade me to buy new ones at almost $ 400 however after going to Batteries + Bulbs in Mayfield my Batteries were actually good and were recharged. Therefore becareful with this location they are trying to swindle customers or the Manger is incompetent whatever the case it isn't good.

Another great store. I had to travel here from another county. They held the part. Had it on the counter. The parts guy asked me if I had the special tool, I didn’t know there was. He sold it to me. Said I can return it any store. These guys reall are helpful.

My sister and I went in and asked a simple question to Selena about steering wheel covers. She was rude and dismissive. Walking out was our first thought, then instead asked for the manager. He was awesome kind a patient. Really nice guy! I will go back because of him. I hope AutoZone values him.

This place must b so busy every time I go in I have to wait and yell to get someone's attention. But I don't understand how cuz there's like 5 people working there. So since they like to hide in the back enjoy the 2 stars.

Anthony is the best. A helpful friendly smile with willingness to help switch wiper blades on 2 cars. Easy going character to.chat with earns trust upfront to know your getting the real deal and best solution.

The staff here are the best! I came in for a battery and alternator test, and they gave me a very detailed explanation of the results. I had already purchased a battery and they let me use all of their tools to install it, and even gave me a hand. Cap off to these guys for being so friendly.

had to get my tail light replaced and asked if they were able to do it and he came out no problem and was so nice, it was so hot out too!! i didn’t get his name but the cashier number is 15, he did a great job

Employee here named Daniel was a tremendous help, knowledgeable about a part that had been discontinued but I had previously purchased under warranty. He was able to get me the part regardless of it not showing up in the computer system, which had deterred an employee at another location. He went the extra mile, and I appreciated it greatly!!
