Worst customer service at all. Did a online order and the guy dont want to go and give to me. Lazy,mad person. Bad actitud, dont want to help. Never comeback again
Purchased new windshield wipers and the staff selected type of blades for my car. They also went out to my car and installed them. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. It's my go to place for auto needs. Requested I test them out before they walked away.
Amazing service and they saved me a lot of money. Angel and Michelle I believe is her name they were amazing and I am so happy with the results. Will definitely come back again.
IAN went above and beyond to help me with a battery installation..I am not sure what the other employees were doing while he was taking care of people with such great service, very knowledgeable with all the questions asked.. His attention to the store and customers should be highly noted..You dont get customer service like he provided many places anymore..give that man a raise!
My husband ordered parts from here. We were originally given the wrong parts and had to go back to the store. The GM did an amazing job making up for the error that was made. In today’s society not many people take accountability and make things right, but he did. For this reason I will continue to shop here and will recommend to others as well.
Poor customer service 2nd time using them as an ups drop of point..1st time guy at counter told me he hate doing ups delivery, because he can’t probably navigate system . Today was told my package wasn’t there and it says it’s been there since Tuesday sept 24
Disappointing commercial service, hung up on and put on hold multiple times for basic orders. Ordering an oil filter for example takes 20 minutes and lots of poor communication. Would not recommend
Except for one particular younger man, every time I have been in this location I have had a great experience. They genuinely ask if you need help instead of just something their bosses tell them to say. If they don't know the answer to a question, they are quick to find out for you. Great place in my opinion
9/27 @10.30am Counter gal was not even remotely helpful. No eye contact, "what do you need" whilst entering paperwork into a computer, even answered the phone while I was speaking to let me know how little my business meant. Needed some brake rotor bolts, went to the Liberty Ford dealer where they were courteous and professional.
OMG I meant to get the gentleman's name ...he was awesome ...he was the only one there working alone and he was helping everybody with a smile on his face and a very good disposition and a fantastic personality
I came in for a windshield wiper for my PT Cruiser and I wasn't going to ask because he was the only guy there and he asked me did I want him to come put it on and I was like oh my goodness I was going to ask but I didn't want to because you're here by yourself he then said .. no problem ma'am he's a keeper next time I go there I hope he's there he's awesome
I had stayed close in this area of Ohio for the weekend and were on our way home wen my alternator started to give out! Stopped in here jus before closing time and the old man helped me after hours yet to get a new alternator and lent me some tools!we had approximately 4 hours home yet,was very thankful for the service and would stop in again if i had any auto problem in that area!!
Terrible customer service. Lady that helped me was too busy watching football on her phone and messing with it to fully help me with what I need. I have trouble hearing and it was so hard to hear her over her loud football game. Will be taking my service elsewhere.
Had the limited item I was looking for. The Manager was great in helping me and looking up the item. His employee was not as helpful and willing to look up the item since it was not on the shelf and I didn't have a part number. Other than that great service.
Very convenient! I woke up and while brushing snow off my car, I broke (or knock off alignment) one of my windshield wipers AND my check engine light was on. I had 3 kids w me but stopped at Advance Auto to buy some fluid and ask them to check on my engine light. The lady worker was super helpful. She came out and radd the code reader (luckily was just a small spark plug issue!) AND she took a look at my wiper and easily fixed it- showed me how in case i do it again :) i left super satisfied :)
Part stores, are hard to rate. They either have what you want and good prices, or they don't. Good thing here is that I didn't have to wait long to get help. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything that I do expect.
Pleasant, professional,and helpful. Gave me good advice on what to do about brakes. Saved me money and got the repair done quickly, highly recommend this place for customer service and knowledgeable Auto Care repair.
Helpful friendly staff but not nearly enough of them; long line and internet order wasn't picked after several hours. This was not the employee's fault there wasn't enough of them.
