Our RV stopped on us about 90 miles from home. We were stuck on the side of I-77 for about 5 days. We called everyone in the area where we were and not many companies would take an RV; the others wouldn’t go as far as we needed to go. Then we found Blaze Towing! They were willing to drive 90 miles to where we were, and 90 miles back to get us home. They were professional, personable, and most importantly, got us to where we needed to go in record time! I called for a tow of my car and was told they only tow semi trucks but reading the reviews, I see many people saying they towed their car for them but also I see they are not my skin color .I don't know maybe just don't want my business.
We got a 10,000 lb tow motor stuck in the mud at work. Called Blaze Towing and Jakob arrived in less than 1/2 hour. He winched it out while guiding and operating it at the same time. Experience paid off in getting our equipment up and running again.
My car was stuck in the middle of the Walmart parking lot. Jakob got there within the hour and got us towed to a mechanic in another town. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Jakob, for making sure we got there safe. He made an annoying, stressful ordeal, more pleasant.
Used this company to tow our 22 foot fishing boat when the trailer bearings went. We could not have asked for better service. Highly recommend! Professional and courteous, meticulous in ensuring the safe transport of our boat.
Jacob took the time to come out and help me tow my car after my tire popped and he was there to the rescue within half an hour. If I could give this guy 10 stars, I would.

After another towing company gave me an estimate of one hour, but hadn’t shown after three hours and multiple phone calls going to a full voicemail, I called Blaze in desperate state. Jacob was amazing, said he’d be there in 30 minutes, but made it in 20, and got me towed to safety! Thank you SOOOO much, Blaze!
Having to call a tow truck is never in your plans, however when you have to make that call I would highly recommend Blaze Towing. Super professional, great service, skill drivers and quick turnaround time! I have called them twice this year with broken down rubbish trucks (one of which was on the freeway in the worst spot possible) they've rescued me in under an hour!
Found a sink hole at a job Site in Beachwood, OH with my semi, guy came out an was super cool, laid back, made sure my truck was good before leaving me. Still had time to make it back home to Michigan to enjoy my weekend!! ??
Its horrible they told me 45 minutes and im currently still waiting on them almost 2 hours later its digusting and rude and didnt have the decency to call and say their running behind actually said you can call someone else after i waited over a hour for them terrible experience
I don’t know who Samantha Fisher was, but it was my car with the 2 flats that needed picked up today. The first towing company left and bumped us to the back of the line. So, after calling my insurance a different company, Blaze Towing, was hired. I didn’t have a problem with the overall service, but I did feel like it took a long time. Of course, I do understand that with not one, but two flats, loading it on can take a few minutes. The only real issue was the overall timing, as we had waited all day for the other company to come, and were turned away upon arrival. Also, it was odd that the driver from Blaze was headed the wrong direction on 271, but we all make mistakes. If I had to make any real suggestions, I would like to be more involved with the overall process. In order to find out what was happening, I had to call numerous numbers and click links in my text messages. It would have been easier if I could have been contacted, or had a way to see what was going on each step of the way. Also, initially no one informed me that I had to be either present for the tow or leave my keys somewhere in the vehicle. However, that could have been the fault of my roadside assistance for not informing me beforehand. Either way, my car did get towed to where it needed to be and I can’t complain about that.
Showed up, for roadside service. Needed car jumped. Refused to jump vehicle. Demanded to instead tow it to service center because if they jumped it my insurance company would only pay them $30. I asked them why did they take the job if they weren't going to try to jump it, he said "what does it matter to you, you're covered either way. I'm either Towing it or I'm leaving." So I was forced to wait for him to show up for 2 hours only to be denied service, because he didn't want to accept the amount that he agreed to when the insurance company offered him the gig. I hope that not only do they lose their contract with USAA insurance, but they go out of business. There is greedy but this was downright vindictive.
