Told us they would be 25/30 mins…ended up being an hour wait. We called and told them we had a flat tire-that we had the donut but no tools. Guy shows up with no tools. And told us there was nothing he could do. I’m just highly disappointed. I waited in the cold with 3 young kids and they just said well sorry.

Had an issue with a rear tire, first company refused to tow my car. Always Towing showed up in a very timely manner, great personality and reassurance. They called when my vehicle was dropped off. Excellent service via phone and in person!! Highly recommend!

Melinda the receptionist is EXTREMELY rude. I would not do any business with them

Horrible company they make you wait 4 hours just to tell your insurance company a lie that YOU. Canceled the service when indeed i did not they had to do it on there own i do not recommend horrible customer service.

I had a sidewall tear after my tire caught the edge of a jagged rock in a parking lot on a Sunday. I requested a tow through my insurance's roadside assistance service. They sent Always Towing. Like all towing services I've used in the past, I had at least an hour wait, so not a big deal. I expected it. Tow companies are always busy. When the driver finally arrived, he was friendly and thoughtful enough to keep his truck from blocking ingress/egress from the lot. He asked me to back up my car about 100' to where his truck was–something I'd never been asked to do before with a flat tire. Miraculously, I was able to slowly back up the car to meet his flatbed for the tow without damaging the rim. The car was getting towed to my dealership and the driver said he would place my keys in the Service Department key drop along with a handwritten note I wrote for the service shop when they came in on Monday morning. I thought all was fine until the next morning when I checked in with the dealership's service department. The service manager said the keys weren't in the drop and he didn't see my car anywhere, so he sent someone to find it. The dealership found the car, alright–with my keys sitting on top of the dash in full view and the doors unlocked. I was furious! I called Always Towing to let them know how my car was dropped off and the person who answered the phone said they would talk to the driver. "Maybe he forgot," she said. Wow. Thankfully, I had removed the small amount of cash I had in it along with my ID badge for work and a piece of electronic equipment. It is incredible to me that my car would be left so vulnerable to theft overnight. The car was there at 11:00 AM on a Sunday morning and wasn't seen by a service agent until 9:00 AM the following morning.

Waited 2 1/2 hours for a tow. The driver was rude questioned my daughter on her dating status and was very pushy during the ride. Once my daughter’s car was checked at the shop the Catalytic Converter that was hanging from the car was Gone. We called him back several times, no answer straight to voicemail, Called dispatch no help. I can only assume he stole it to sell for scraps. I’m pissed. I was given a 1.5 hour estimate from my insurance company yet waited 4 hours for a tow truck from this company with extremely poor customer service from the dispatcher and zero transparency on my tow driver‘s location. They had multiple opportunities to cancel this job and give it to another company which they did not do rather left me stranded for 4 hours.

Your dispatcher did an awesome job of telling me that you no longer transport vehicles and haven't for a long time. She was super nice.

Never use this towing service!!!!! Waited 4 hours for a tow dispatched through Geico roadside assistance - zero calls from their office staff to follow up, zero response from the driver!! WAS HELL, and in the snow on the side of the road no less in 10 degree weather!! I am leaving GEICO due to this debacle!!!!!!

Just terrible and I know so many people in the Bedford, Oakwood, Solon, Macedonia etc and I’ll be telling everyone to NEVER EVER get service from this company. Even when you call in the manager (a woman) was even rude, I guess anyone can start a business and just hire anybody as long as there’s money being made customer service is out the window. TERRIBLE!

Pathetic... Insurance ageny called Always Towing because my car was down. They gave me an hour window... Well that hour turned into 2 hours and a reo for Always Towing called and asked do I still need a tow... I responded with a yes and she said that someone will be there shortly. An hour later my Insurance stated that they canceled. They're not that busy at 8am... Smh. Worst experience ever.

Too long; didn't read: Scummy towing company that doesn't care about the people that request their service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, AND IF YOUR INSURANCE ASSIGNS THEM YOUR REQUEST, IMMEDIATELY REQUEST SOMEONE ELSE. I don't normally review, but I bothered to put in the effort for this one. After reading all of their 1-star Yelp! reviews, everything made more sense, I'm far from the only person this has happened to. Had an issue with my car, leaving me stranded in Cleveland, called Honda Roadside Assistance, and they assigned the tow to Always Towing. Melinda was kind enough to call me and confirm the details of my tow within a few minutes of it being assigned, with an expected wait time of 90-120 minutes. I then proceeded to wait for almost 4 hours with ZERO communication from Always Towing regarding when they would be arriving. I called their main number, spoke with Melinda again, who assured me that the delay was caused by an accident that their services were reallocated for, and that my tow was next in line, and quoted me 45 minutes further. After waiting another hour and fifteen minutes, I tried to call back and see what was going on. They sent my call immediately to voicemail with a "I'll call you right back" text. I waited another 10 minutes, tried to call, and was sent immediately to voicemail. I got an update text from Honda Roadside that my new ETA was an additional 40 minutes. Frustrated (this was ignorant, I'm aware), I called 15 times within 5 minutes trying to understand what was happening. Voicemail each time. So I called Honda and had them reassign the tow to a different company. I really hope Always Towing replies and asks me to call and explain my experience.

I was stuck in the side of 271 with an absolutely shredded tire. I got the car jacked, but I couldn't get the lug nuts off the tire. So, I called several roadside assistance/towing companies, and nobody even picked up the phone. Finally, I called Always Towing and they were great. Someone was there to help me within 15 minutes. He was able to get my spare on, and I was on my way. Very reasonable prices too. Can't recommend enough!

Had a tree fall on my car during recent storms outside of Cleveland and Always Towing was outstanding. Cameron was incredibly kind, very professional, and was happy to answer all of my questions. He made sure both myself and my car were safe and taken care of. Would recommend this company without reservation. Thank you Cameron, you were the absolute best!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. My insurance scheduled the tow because they had the "quickest arrival time". They showed up 3 hours late.Had an appointment scheduled to have my car looked at,and it never made the appointment,so now it's pushed a day further out over fathers day weekend. All because they bid the quickest arrival time to get the job and put me on the back burner. Thank god it wasn't one of my children,or wife stuck in the middle of a bad part of town. Worst service I've ever experienced. Will never rely on them again.

Was in an accident and my insurance company called them to pick up my vehicle and they gave me a 90-120 minute window. It was almost 4 hours by the time they said that they were on their way, the police had already towed it to the impound lot. Thus, furthering the anguish of being in an accident with a non insured person, I had tools and materials inside... Now I have to be concerned if anything has been stolen when I get to it!!!

To share my details of my experience calling this tow truck company. Let me start off by saying the receptionist was so helpful and apologetic in my horrible situation. I was stuck on the side of the road; and needed a tow I call them hoping I could get a tow at 4:03pm. the receptionist told me it would be 45 minutes. Since it was early I was hoping I could get to a tire shop, but unfortunately I’m still stuck on the road. It’s now 5:40 I won’t be able to go to work or get my tire fixed. When I tried to see if I can get a little compensation. Since I’ve been waiting well over the promised time Melinda Iacano decides to not even talk to me and proceed to make the receptionist tell me that can’t do anything about it …. THEE WORST MANAGEMENT IVE EVER WITNESS

I was 3 hours away from home and got stuck on a road that my GPS said was a road, but wasn’t quite finished. My insurance company assigned Always for a recovery of my vehicle, which was stuck on that unfinished road on a school campus in Hudson, Ohio. I spoke with Always on the phone and described my unfortunate but seemingly simple recovery situation. Ten minutes later, my insurance company called me back and said Always would not respond to assist me. They declined to respond without seeing what my situation was; they had deduced that my car was inaccessible. Another provider eventually responded and was wonderful - got me unstuck. ?

Transmission decided to grenade itself today. Went thru insurance and got Always Towing to come up and hook up the car. Super grateful they only have flatbeds dispatched being that i have a lowered car and for sorry if i get this spelling wrong but shoutout Jerry the driver. Got there 30mins before the estimated time, hooked up and on we went. Great atmosphere, good upbeat attitude, awesome conversation. Definitely a postive during the circumstances. -Mason that designer guy ??

Wish I could give them less than zero stars! My insurance company arranged for them to tow my car the original estimate was 100-130 minutes. After that time was up they added on an additional 40 minutes BUT THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I’ve been waiting over 3 hours for the tow. Extremely unprofessional & unreliable

ALWAYS TOWING NEVER SHOWED UP! The call was placed b/t 2:30-3:00pm, it got to be 7:00pm and still no one. Every time I called them, the operator kept telling me they should be there in 10-15 minutes. That seemed to be their standard instead of just being honest. Even when I asked the operator to have the driver call me (just in case he was lost), no one ever called. Why not simply be HONEST with customers (we're adults, we can handle it) instead of just telling us what you think we want to hear...poor customer service.

My insurance company dispatched one company. Showed up and then left without changing the tire. Insurance company then dispatched Always Towing who was on time and changed the tire within 10 minutes. Cheerful attitude and no hassles as I was given by the first company. Thank you Always Towing.

Jason was excellent! He was very helpful and offered to change my tire rather than just towing me to the shop. This was not an option my insurance company mentioned and I was grateful to have it. Jason also gave me tips on tire changing in case I needed to do one in the future which I appreciated. If I ever needed a tow again, I'd use Always Towing and ask for Jason.

My wife had her head gasket blow and had to coast to a stop on an exit ramp. My insurance company called Always Towing. The wait was a little long so I left the key in the car and headed home. Truck showed up not long after and easily navigated my narrow driveway. Phillip was excellent and very kind on a very frustrating day which was much appreciated. I see some poor reviews here, but have to say my experience was the complete opposite.

The worst experience today!! 1st quoted 90 minutes, never showed so I called again and was told by an apparent irritated customer service lady that they only have 2 drivers and that my tow guy was on Lee road dropping off a vehicle then heading to me. Well, he never showed. Nissan roadside customer service called to see if my tow had arrived and I told them no . They offered to call Always Towing to see what was going on but I told her I already did that. I then waited another 45 minutes, never showed! Nissan offered to put in another call for roadside assistance but I declined. I already wasted about 3 hours and it was now rush hour time. Needless to say , my vehicle never got towed. Probably 30 minute later a young lady called from the tow company to see if I still needed a tow?!?! ??? Seriously! I told them that not letting their customers know what's going on is just disrespectful. They had no respect for anyone's time. Please do better!

Great customer service--warm, friendly, helpful staff. Due to an unexpected event, I ended up having to cancel my appointment with Always Towing. BUT I had such a positive experience scheduling it, that I will definitively call Always first, should my car battery need a jump. I'm really impressed. Thank you so much, Always!

Saw some great reviews, but was hesitant when I saw some negative ones, but the worry turned out to not be justified. First, my Toyota dealer recommended them, saying they use them all the time. Then when I called my insurance company since they cover roadside assistance, they contacted Always as their first choice. Today was busy after a big storm, and although I had to wait (a short time, considering), the dispatcher was courteous and responsive, the wait was just 90-120 min (typical on a normal day), and the repair person, Antonio, was friendly and knowledgeable - and accommodating. He knew how to find and jump a Prius battery and reassured me all would be OK. He was right. In less than 5-10 min, I was back on the road. Will call Always again.
