So I’ve been at this location like three times and I forgot to give a review but this morning I talked to David he took his time trying to find a part for me explaining to me different things that was definitely extra above and beyond I would definitely recommend the store and the other Employees as well phenomenal
NAPA is my new go-to auto parts store. Quality store brands and seems to be reasonably priced.
In searching for parts, I have learned to check NAPA first because the other guys don't have it in stock.
I needed to find a specific trailer bearing and Dave was beyond helpful. Not only did he use a caliper tool to make sure the bearing I got matched the bearing and hub I brought him, he tried to help save me money by measuring up an off the shelf bearing kit including the seal. Unfortunately that kit wasn't usable but Dave got me and my trailer back on the road. Thanks Dave!
Very helpful and professional staff. The best I’ve encountered at an auto parts store. Store was clean and arranged great! ( check my images) I was asked if I needed assistance. They made sure the wipers I bought were the right ones for my wife’s new car. They even installed them for her. Gave her such a great deal that I had to buy some for my truck! All these guys deserve 5 stars! They represented the company values perfectly! I will be back.
Great customer service. Had to repair a brake line. Sorry I forgot to guy name. He was really helpful. He very knowledgeable and I recommend you go there for any fittings you can't find at an competitor.
