Came down to buy a new car and needed a pre purchase inspection. Moe and the guys got me in as soon as I called them and got me taken care of! The amount of customers they had coming in getting quotes or making appointments was INSANE! Great prices and quality work. They get the job done quick and make sure you feel comfortable. If you need a mechanic this is your spot!!
They were able to get my car in very quickly and even repaired on the same day! The public spaces were very tidy, every person we spoke with was professional and friendly. The work cost what they quoted (very reasonable cost, too). I have zero complaints and I will absolutely go out of my way to bring my car here whenever it needs work. I walked in wanting a new car entirely, and walked out to almost as good as new! They even filled my low tire, and I hadn't even mentioned that. Class act, highly recommend.
Great find during the holidays in a clutch! Mo and his crew will do whatever to make sure their service is top notch and is quick on resolving any issues to make sure you have a peace of mind. While nobody ever wants a flat tire, I am so glad Bedford Auto Repair was there to help in my time of need. I was between appointments when I noticed a large screw in my tire. I had very little time to make it to my next appointment and I was losing air fast. One garage turned me away and it wasn’t looking good when I pulled into Bedford Auto. They got me right in and made the repair in record time. I can’t recommend Bedford Auto more highly. Great people and excellent work.

Do not go here this man is crooked had to do a bbc report in him.he tells you he needs to order dealer parts to overcharge you and does damage to your car while fixing it to make you come back .charged my warranty 813.00 for work he never did. He sells u on making you feel he is helping you and he is not please don't go here. Crooked # crooked #crooked
They were very nice the owner worked hard for me with my car shield they hardly wanted to pay but he worked with them until he got the majority of the job covered! He did not have to go the extra mile but he did what he could to get this job done and to keep it affordable for me! He stayed in contact with me and kept me updated on the work that was being done! I am very very satisfied with their service and my car runs GREAT! I have found my forever home for my car! Today was an emotional day. I've been on a long journey with my Durango, and due to misinformation, I installed the wrong parts, which damaged its charging system. It’s been a confusing year until today. My vehicle was in good hands; I never felt rushed, and everyone was patient, even when I had the wrong part and wrong info. After getting the correct part and replacing everything, my truck still didn’t read properly. The problem was diagnosed and fixed before I left, and I was able to leave confident. I got turned away because I have an Israeli flag magnet on my bumper. I’ve been here before, they are usually so nice but I was turned away for a simple magnet ? obnoxious, unprofessional, and unnecessary
One of my tires caught a rapid leak today on our way to Bedford. By a stroke of luck I drove by this shop and was able to pull in right before my tire went flat. This could have ruined the day for us but in the course of 15 minutes they were able to patch the tire and get us back on the road without any prior appointment. Very kind people here
They were awesome. Heard a pop on my way to work and then rattling even at low speeds. I thought a shock blew out. Took it to them and they showed me a broken shock mount. Very honest as they could've told me I had a bad shock and that would be a more expensive repair. I love their honesty. They got me on the road in an hour and I was able to go to work and complete my day. Thank you Bedford Auto Repair. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
My first call to them was at 8:30 a.m. I took my car to them at 9:30a.m. My car was fixed and ready at 4p.m. Same day car service is rare these days and they fixed my broken hose and clamp and the car is fine now. I will be going back for other repairs in the future.
Bedford Auto Repair was referred to me by a freind. Was there today for repairs to my car. Excellent service from the owner and his staff. Prices much reasonable than most. I am very pleased and will return and recommend them to others.
I went here the other day with no appointment and they were able to check my car out that day. They were so informative and helpful and did the best to work with me within my budget. I got my car the next day and they did such a great job my car runs so smooth and my engine light is off! They saved me so much money as well!

This is the second time they’ve fixed my car and they did a great job again! They are really fast and they didn’t over charge me! The staff is always super nice. They give u updates as they are fixing the car and they educate u afterwards on how to avoid certain issues or how to check things yourself so you don’t have to pay someone (like them) to do it and save money! They use Snap which is really convenient if u cant pay the entire bill bc it lets you make payments while sending the full payment to the mechanic shop (like klarna for mechanics). They even offered to fix my window which other mechanics have turned me down for (stating I need to go to a body shop first). They really do everything quickly, efficiently, and with a smile! Super knowledgeable team! Great experience!
I reached out to Bedford auto Repair to have the alternator replaced on my 2013 Toyota it was over 300k miles. Moe and his team yet again came through, they did a great job in replacing the alternator even better was the price to have the work done. They will work with you on payment options if needed. The best part was Moe was upfront on the cost no hidden extras, and he looks for the best pricing on parts, that will not rip your mouth out or cost an arm or leg. Quality parts with quality service technicians that are fast. Time and money well spent for service that is on point. I will be back if need again, and will recommend to my family and friends .
I was extremely pleased with the service and customer experience that I received at Bedford Auto Repair. They were reasonably priced (best out of 4 estimates), repair time was quick and accommodated my circumstances. They really took the time to explain everything to me which is very much appreciated!
