Very impressed by how nice Harry was on the phone and in person. Wasn’t able to make a deal at first, (not their fault) had to wait a couple days and got better financing through my local Credit Union, the deal was easy and not stressful at all. I can't say enough nice things about this place! We got a Subaru Forester in beautiful condition. at a great price. The process was easy, low pressure, low stress, and totally smooth! Harry was super transparent about everything right from the start and made sure we were very well informed about the car's history, their process, and the pros and cons of buying a car with a salvaged title. He went the extra mile to get the loan agent to bring our APR down base on our credit score. We weren't totally satisfied with the trade in offer he was able to give us so he helped us find a place nearby that gave us a higher offer and even made sure we had a ride back after the trade in! It almost felt like buying a car from a family member but probs actually better!

Harry is extremely honest, helpful, and transparent with the entire purchase process. After the purchase I found two very minor issues which Harry was quick to help fix. I purchased the vehicle from out of state so he worked with my local dealership to have these issues resolved. I would definitely buy from Harry again. Harry was amazing at every step. We had a trade-in that he knew he couldn't give us what we needed to get for it-so he recommended we sell it to car max. (which was also a great experience!) He fueled up the car we bought & changed the oil in it and said "that's the way buying a car should be." Then when he send us the memorandum title-he also sent a starbucks thank you gift card. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!!

We talked for weeks in preparation for the vehicle I purchased, that being a 2016 Hyundai Accent, until I was finally able to work everything out. I was given advise and guidance personally from the owner when I had loan complications, and I was helped every step of the way. It all worked out and I walked away with the keys.
