Rude, entitled, and unaccommodating. They tell you it’s standard practice to not be allowed to park your vehicle on their property while renting a U-Haul. I rent uhauls for my business on a monthly basis throughout the area for over 7 years. I’ve never heard of such a thing nor have I been made to park my vehicle a 1/4 mile away and forced to walk back to get the U-Haul itself.
