I've been commercially purchasing parts & whatever from this franchise for 2 years now. Awesome store! Call Kristian at the StC OH location!

Not always will I get asked my rewards and it's usually not a big deal because I'm always in a hurry, but overall the training seems to steer any new employee to be a helpful, regardless. Only once I had someone be in my face telling me something ignorantly wrong, but in the end, the guys and girls there seem to stick to the book. Which is good

Great service. Had an experienced man help with choosing the right battery for my tractor. Saved me time and money. Means a lot to get this type of service in a chain parts store. Beats our local Auto Zone by a mile.

Employees were very helpful when my wife's car died. We were joking about some of the parts and they offered if we couldn't fix it that we could leave it there. Great people, would definitely go back.

Nothing really stands out about this store. Employees do their job, as they r paid to. Not really a huge selection among the aisles. The employees actually work at Advance Auto, but AutoZone treats their garbage employees better so lay off them little n go a block down and lay into them at AutoZone if you must.

Way above and beyond helpful. Staff there is amazing. I'll never go to an AutoZone again

Needed coolant for a bmw. Associate looked up what I needed and got it for me. I asked if he could make sure I knew where to add it, and he came out and looked under the hood. I showed him where I found the coolant cap, and he verified it was correct. Also told me to make sure I let the car cool for a bit, before I added it at home. Very nice and professional

I'm from another state. Walked right and got what I needed. The young man behind the counter was very polite and knowledgeable. When I asked for what I needed he came around the counter and walked me to the area where my part was located.

Paid for tire stem valve caps, guy didn't package them, went back the next 2 days trying to get them. I still don't have matching tire stem caps! Principal!

I am always greeted with a smile and courteous staff everytime I enter this establishment. The young men who work here aren't pushy and do not treat me, a woman, like I have no reason to be in such a place. I have had negative experiences at the other auto store just down the road and the manager there once told me that they acted toward me the way they do because I am a woman. The gentlemen in the store tonight were exceptional and even replaced the remote in my car fob for me without hesitation. They didn't have to do this for me, so kudo's to him for taking the time to do this for me.

I love the buy online and pick up within 30 minutes option. It's very convenient and you can get discounts.

I purchased a part from here and it turned out to be the wrong part I needed. I never used the part and I brought it back to the store within 15 mins and when I tried to return it he told me they don't except returns on electronic parts. I would understand if it was days later but I talked to the same cashier at the same register and I know he remembered me because we had a conversation about if it was the right part. After he assured me that it was I spent the 60$ and he told me that he wouldn't return it. Even though the part wasn't taken out of the box. Terrible people, awful customer service. If you do go into the store I recommend not going to Matt. I guess they hire anyone there.

Was in there for 20 minutes trying to figure out if they had my lights in stock not one person asked if I needed anything, I had to look up all info on my phone just to figure out they didn't have the ones I needed. Good clean place hope.you know what your looking for before hand.

Glad they started carrying Chemical Guys detailing supplies, higher than buying online but convenient when you're in a pinch.

Great prices on all the tools and auto parts you could need. If they dont have it, they will track it down for you.

Jacob was awesome. Her changed my battery with no problems and no complaints and as it was freezing outside.

Price matching, and almost(!) anything they dont have they can order. Knowledgeable people is the selling point for me, and it's so near a large number of other outlets in the area.

Was there tonight on 5/27/18. At 10 till 7 following a movie at the Ohio Valley Mall. Not realizing they were closong up for the night. I pulled in and opened my hood and waited a moment for my wife to arrive. As I opened the hood on her car to check and see if you air filter was due as well. I turned to walk in the door. And the worker closed the door in my face as I was reaching for the handle stating they had already pulled the drawers. I've been in the public relations and customer service business for years. I can truely say I am discussed by the interaction. I had with the employee. He knew I was out front with both hoods up... he couldchave atleast stuck his head out the door and give me a five minute warning or something. But instead I got a ride click as he locked the door! I may have not knew the hours and could be criticized for knowing the hours. However I only needed 2 air filters (me knowing both part numbers) and 1 quart of oil. I don't think I'll being going to advance in St.C anytime soon. I went next door to AutoZone and was out in less than 3 mins.. Sadly I always preferred Advance to AutoZone up until today...

They usually have the part in stock that I'm looking for, but prices seem to be higher than some competitors. It's nice that they sometimes match nearby prices.

Store is very clean and staff was very helpful when I stopped in to pick up a few things. If I'm in the area will definitely stop in again.
