I was told this company would be on scene in 25–30 minutes. After over an hour of waiting, they still hadn’t shown up, so I called to get an ETA. That’s when I was told the driver had taken another call and it would be another 45 minutes to an hour. At that point, I was still stuck in the middle of the road in a dangerous situation. I ended up calling another towing company who showed up quickly and got the job done without excuses. Don’t give people false ETAs—especially when they’re stranded and relying on you. Completely unreliable and a huge waste of time.

Tried to charge me for a service they didn’t give

This company was amazing. The professionalism and customer service was impeccable. Jeremy was the gentleman that helped me and I couldn't speak more highly of him and his work ethic. I will continue to use this company for other needs that they offer.

Broke down and this place was recommended by the local gas station. I was 4 hours from home. They came to me and got me back on the road quickly. Thank you!!

This is my first review on google maps what a guy is bill, this guy is really incredible. my car broke down while im on my way to work bill and his team they tow my car and they fix it in 2 hrs never expected this early from any mechanic, keep the good work bill really appreciate you and your team thanks men.

Finished a repair and apparently it was simple so they did not charge the driver I recommend this shop

? MAX ALERT, DRIVERS! ? I need to talk about Bills Towing and the trap they represent! This company has NO commitment to its customers! They change parts on your truck without even bothering to investigate the REAL problem! And guess what? They charge TRIPLE the price! If you value your money, RUN from this scam! Don’t let them sweat your cash! You might leave there with the WRONG parts, and they won’t refund your money or fix the REAL issue with your truck! God save me from this company! Don’t be another victim!

My 21 year old daughter broke down on I-70 on the way home from a job interview. She was very scared and nervous. I called Bills to explain and to see if they could tow her to their nearest garage since I was 3 hours away and couldn't help. They arrived in less than 10 minutes and discovered she was out of fuel due to a faulty fuel gauge. Gave her enough gas to get to the nearest gas station. The bill was only about half what I expected. Great people. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you very much.

The crew at Bill’s is amazing. I broke down yesterday on 70 with my hot rod and they could not have been more concern about getting me back on the road. I have been in the automotive business for over 40 years and I can tell you the crew is amazing.

If you have a semi and need roadside assistance don’t call them. They will rob you blind. They lied to me about what I needed then we’re going to charge me $1100.00 for 2 two foot hoses. Then when I said no because I knew they were lying they charged me $550 for being there 10 minutes. After I said I’m not paying it they said there sending a tow truck to toe my semi which I said had hazmat on the trailer. There reply was good , now we will have a hazmat clean up. It was a mind blow how I was treated. I’ve never wrote a review in my life but I felt compelled to warn other drivers of my nightmare

Beware of predatory billing practices. We were involved in an accident in WV where the sheriff dispatched Bill’s Towing without our consent. Despite never hiring them, we were later hit with an outrageous invoice — over $16,000 — for a basic recovery of a 33,000 lb load. They billed 8 hours for a 100-ton rotator, which was not needed for the job, and 6 hours for a flatbed, even though it was only required for transport. When we requested adjustments to reflect realistic hours, they increased the invoice instead. We attempted to resolve the issue professionally, but they refused to adjust anything, despite multiple inconsistencies in their billing. We’ve since filed a complaint with the West Virginia Public Service Commission. If you're in a commercial vehicle accident, I highly recommend requesting your own towing provider if possible and getting rates upfront — this company did not operate transparently or fairly in our case.

I am so grateful for my experience with Bill’s Towing. My clutch burned out in a horrible spot on the highway. Bill came and towed me away and then he and his team helped me find someone to fix my car, took me there, provided water to me and my dog. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were all professional, friendly, and kind.

I went to Bill’s this morning to have a trailer tire replaced on my RGN trailer which has low pro 19.5 tires (hard size to find in stock anywhere) Bills had them in-stock which was the first good sign. Bob i believe his name was at the front desk is a hell of a nice guy to deal with, he got everything set up and had the tire guy change the tire out and get me rolling! I did sit there for about 2 hours but they were upfront and told me they had guys out and would get me taken care of as soon as they could, which they did! If I’m ever in the area again i will definitely be returning if i have any issues! Oh and might i add my total weight was 119,540lbs and they changed the tire loaded which makes it so much easier for me the driver not having to unload, anyone else makes you unload or refuses to help these guys helped me out big time!

Bill’s heavy division is awesome! Adam, the driver, was extremely professional, prompt and polite. When he got there he did not waste any time, got his truck set up and got the job done safely and efficiently. Our experience with Bill’s was awesome and we will use them any time we are in the area and recommend you do too!

Driver was very professional. Office lady named Tracy was extremely rude to my wife, and she did nothing but fishing tactics. She quoted me $107 and then It turned in too $225 once it was on the rolloff. Very unprofessional will never use this service again....

We were stranded 6 hrs from home, unsure of where we were. Flat tire on a Sunday afternoon with only NTB open 25 min away and our tires not in stock. Mike picked us up within 30 minutes of my call and saved the day. He took me and my daughter safely to a hotel, explained the area to us and made me feel safe after feeling completely helpless. Thank you!

I'm not sure who the guy that helps me but it's been 2 tows and 1 jump start and 1 locked key entry, and his service has been top notch and fair prices. I get not everyone may get that experience but if I'm in trouble, they're usually the guys that I can depend on.

Best towing company ever I owned Allen’s and it very hard finding Towing company that won’t still your work but @ bills towing you never have to worry the bring them in and are very honest with us small guys!!! I would recommend them to everyone the are unbeatable companies !!! Thank you so much for all you do for me my family and business!!!

Called for Emergency Road Service for the 18 wheeler I drive twice in 2 days for 2 different issues. Both times there was lightning quick response and service times. And both times throughout the process all people involved in the communication and service work were prompt, courteous, respectful and helpful... Thank you for the great customer service, on all levels.....

Called a few times about my vehicle. Was told what I needed to bring in to get it home. Not once was I told it was not at the St. Clairsville location. I was told that's where it was. Go out there to find out it's in Bridgeport. Not a far distance sure, but still a waste of time that could of been saved if they had just told me it was in Bridgeport. Thankfully gentlemen there called their Bridgeport location and had them check to make sure it was there. As for the same lady who answered everytime I called. You had multiple opportunities to let me know my car was in Bridgeport. Especially when I said I'd be in to pick it up.

I got in a jam and needed a towing service. I reached out to my insurance company and their provider was over 2 hours away. I called and spoke to a guy named Ty that said he would find a way to come get me so I wasn’t sitting. They showed up in roughly 20 minutes from when we hung up. I submitted their invoice to my insurance provider and they asked if I had the rest of the invoice because the pricing seemed off. Top notch work and a great staff. Good companies like Bill’s make these bad situations a little easier.

We recently lost the steering on our truck and trailer while we were coming home from a trip out of town. We were 3 hours from home and they took us to the nearby mall to wait, also gave an excellent price to tow the truck and trailer 250 miles home. Very professional and awesome service!

Called them with a blowout on my trailer hauling a tractor, they came right out, the guy was a a**hole when he first showed up and only brought a 2 ton jack to try to change a trailer tire that was fully loaded. Then he tried blaming me and charging me over $400 for him not bringing the right tools when I told them exactly what to bring so I told him to kick rocks and called stone breakers. Excellent service on stone breakers part. Would highly recommend!

This place was okay but did not live up to their word I was broke down on the interstate they towed the truck to their shop gave me a ride to the hotel and told me when the truck was done they would pick me up from the hotel that never happened and I had to find a Taxi that cost me thirty bucks. Then they charged me for new hoses and I think 8 hose clamps when I looked I saw one new hose clamp and all my original hoses however they did replace my radiator that was needed and got me back on the road
