Just called and tried to schedule an appointment. The person on the phone said the system wouldn't let her schedule without a VIN number. I thought it odd, that is not something I have ever needed to do to make an appointment. I went somewhere else.

Very professional. Didn't take long to get my oil changed. Roger always waits on me. Does a great job!

Absolutely horrible!!!!!! horrible!!!!!! They honestly have no clue what they are doing!! I came in on 12/27/22 and I was told that i could pick this car up on Thursday and then got a call that I will be able to pick it up on Friday so I said okay and asked why the sales lady said that it as to go through inspections and has to be cleaned up and then I can take it home!!!!! So on Saturday 12/31/22 went over to get it it still wasn’t done!! So I sat for an hour and waited and then went to put gas in it barely put a half tank and a headlight was out and I asked about it they will replace it when I bring it to be painted I said ok will it had multiple THINGS WRONG WITH IT!!! But it was supposed to have a 172 point inspection done on it will let me tell you it absolutely did not was not clean at all to many things the explain what was wrong with it and this is the 3-4th time it been here and I am sure it’s still not going to be fixed’s right this place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good selection

Everytime I've been here it always seems like I'm bothering them. Service isn't very friendly. Also, brought my car in with the same issue several times while under warranty and it was never fixed correctly and now Im without the warranty and still having the same issue so it will probably never be fixed. I definitely wouldn't bring it here if I was able to afford it.

I would not trust Whiteside to fix my dog's boo boo and I mean that

I needed a door key made for the vehicle I just bought from my neighbor and I called them and the gentleman I spoke to said sure can he was very sweet and friendly

I spoke with them over the phone and explained what my husband and I were looking for and discussed the interest rates that we had been quoted from the bank. He worked with us and gave me terms that met our budget. When my husband got off work that day we went to the dealership where they had the paperwork and the car ready for us. The salesperson got in the car with and explained the features to us and helped us set up on star. We left there with a new car and a wonderful experience. If we need another vehicle we will contact Whitesides first.

Ryan Hunter went above and beyond to help us, he found us a handicap van for our son..he was so kind and caring about us. Will recommend him to everyone.
