I had 2 cars go down over the weekend and needed to get at least 1 car back on the road as quickly as possible. I called Monday morning as soon as the opened and they got me in and back on the road in one business day for a fair price. I will return and recommend!

I am from Alabama. Had problems with the turbo on my f-350. Huston and a great guy super nice they found the problem they ordered the part and had me on my way the next day and they were super reasonable I highly recommend anybody that has a base of the stop by and see these guys they're great

A group of us were on a Cincinnati to Washington DC journey as part of a High School class trip (we were parents assisting the teachers on the trip). The engine began to miss a few miles from Jamie's repair shop, and as the local dealerships were offering to see us "next week" we found Jamie. He was willing to see us immediately, gave us an honest and clear assessment of the likely causes as well as a range of options for repair. He then repaired the vehicle within a few hours, allowing us to get on our way to DC. We returned safely, as well. I felt very well-informed, and his pricing and approach to us seemed very fair. It would have been easy to take advantage of a group of travelers on a tight timeline, but in contrast, we felt Jamie treated us as he would want to have been treated. Several of our group work on automobiles, and all felt well-treated. I highly recommend Jamie and his team!

Price per hour is ridiculous at $110/hr and after $500 of troubleshooting they still did not find or fix problem. Definitely will not be using them again!

Today was my third visit to Jamie's Auto & Truck Repair. Although I live in NYC, I will make my way to Jamie's for any and all major work to be done on my 2006 Sprinter Van. My first encounter with Jamie was last summer on my way to a work event and I experienced multiple problems on the way to Indianapolis. After stopping for the evening, I started searching for local repair shops in or near St. Clairsville, OH that may be able to diagnose and fix my van's issues. Jamie's Auto was highly rated by the locals so I decided to give him a try. I was under sever time constraints and very anxious. Jamie squeezed me into his schedule, diagnosed, advised and repaired all of the issues. Needless to say, I was elated that I was still on time for the conference and able to exhibit successfully! Jamie and staff are professional, extreemly competent, patient, polite, fair and very knowledgeable. As long as my van is able to be driven here this will be my primary shop. I was only passing through the state, my car started making a concerning noise. I popped up in the parking lot (No appt) Owner Jamie approached smiling willing to take a look even though his day was booked. I had no services performed, but I left confident I would make it safely to my destination. I would recommend here on customer service alone. He was polite, knowledge-based and honest.

My car needed a starter, I made an appointment, the tow truck arrived. When we were leaving I got into my second vehicle, I accidentally put the key from my first car into it and activated the theft deterrent. I walked to Jamie's from Main St, when I arrived he gave me a ride home and unlocked my second vehicle for me free of charge..Everyone's nice and professional there.I would highly recommend Jamie's and will be going back in the future if any problems arise that I can't fix myself.

They give an estimate and stick to the price. They did the job quickly and it was done right. I have been other places that tried to add on extra costs (need immediately repairs) because I am a woman but Jamie's Auto does not try to do that. Many places insist that you leave the car for several hours or overnight and they gave a time estimate and actually were done quicker than expected. I have already recommended them to friends.

Not gonna lie, it was my greatest fortune that my car started overheating (due to leaking radiator fluid) within towing distance of these guys. They were able to take my car in on short notice and I was able to rent a car from a nearby Enterprise to make the rest of my road trip. By the time I rolled back into town from my trip, my car was ready to go and seemed to run even better than before! I was told they had performed hours upon hours of tests to ensure that the problem was truly resolved - and it seems to be the case because my ride's still holding up great for the past 2 months. Brandy and the rest of the crew were very polite, capable, professional, honest, and helped saved my road trip from this hectic situation. Great view of the hills from their yard too, if you're not a local haha. I can't thank you guys enough for the outstanding work that you do!

I had my vehicle at a local dealership for a week and they couldn't find what was wrong with it. We took it to Jamie's and in a few days they had it fixed and it's been running great since.??

Even though they didn’t have an opening to work on my vehicle the owner was nice enough to check it and tell me what was wrong with it. Would highly recommend this shop.
