If I could give zero star, I would my experience that Whitesides is definitely one to remember after purchasing a used 2017 Ford F150 not even one month ago not even after a couple hours of purchasing the vehicle. I started having problems, shuttering issues, engine misfire issues and brake caliper locking up on the left rear had to take it back to them and didn’t have my truck back for a week and still had issues after the it was “”fixed” I was told if I had any problems come back and we will talk and maybe put me into a different truck or fix the truck I was told a couple times so after they schedule an appointment for me at Ford, I sat there for five hours at the Ford dealer just to have Whitesides service. Tell them they’re not gonna pay Ford to look at my truck even though they were the ones that told me to go to Ford in the first place!! so my frustration started getting even worse so I took the truck back just to have them give a low number on the trade even though I just purchased this truck not even one month ago. I know the motto they have is “It pays to drive to Whiteside” and that is 100% correct you are gonna pay the hard way if you come to this dealership and it’s a shame because I thought this was a reputable dealership in the Ohio Valley for many years but looks like I got the short end of the stick with my purchase here. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I had a fantastic experience at Whiteside. I found the support from the staff (specifically Ed Bober) extremely beneficial AND he treated me like a true customer being concerned about what i was after, etc. In addition, he was able to answer all of my questions.

They say they have the best financial department but what they don't tell you is that you will be charged 24% interest on that loan. And they will screw your credit and whoever tried to help you by co-signing. Which means you pay 3 times what the car is worth by the time you get it paid and if course your payment will be so outrageous that you will be lucky to keep up the payments. Whiteside's should be ashamed to look their selves in the face every morning. Stay away from this place. They are going to ruin your credit and your cosigner's...

Drove 5.5 hours from Michigan to purchase a truck from Anthony Sovich. Absolutely worth the drive. Anthony was great to work with, communicated everything clearly, and got me the best deal I could find anywhere. He was respectful and answered every question I had. Jolynn and Steve were fantastic in helping us purchase our 2025 Silverado 1500 LT. Steve was able to give us needed information on the car over the phone and provide a full net price via email. We went into the dealership and were greeted by Jolynn very quickly. Within a few minutes, she had the keys pulled and we were ready to test drive the truck. When we came back to the office, she went through everything with great detail and went to bat for us in negotiation. Steve walked us through the added CarBravo feature with much ease. Both Jolynn and Kristen went through multiple channels to get us the best financing option and showed great patience as we waited a couple days before making a decision.
