I recently purchased my new Ford Bronco from Crossroads Ford of Apex, and the entire process was outstanding—largely thanks to my sales representative, Chris Shaw. I wanted to reach out to you an express our experience with Jake and your Dealership. I have never had a better experience buying a car. We live in Myrtle Beach SC. It's a 3 hour drive 1 way. My wife is handicapped and it's very hard on her driving that far. You happened to have a 2025 Ford Explorer ST with everything that my wife would want. We were trading in our 2017 Explorer Limited and wanted something extremely similar. Jake did not lie, miss lead us our anything. He was able to complete the deal with us before we ever had to drive down there. We have been Ford people our whole lives. This was definitely worth the drive. If you go here, ask for Jesus! He gave USA great deal and gave world class customer service. He took care of us and was super patient and willing to ask any questions we had. I would recommend going to Jesus for everything! Also the car detailing crew did a perfect job. There was not a single finger print, scuff or spot on the car anywhere. Amazing staff all the way around. Even the gentleman who helped us with the paper work was a blast to talk to and was very knowledgeable😄

Crossroads Ford has a really impressive setup in Apex, NC US - nice new(er) building, large inventory, and not too far from a Commercial wing of Ford Motors. Easy to get to, from where I currently live. My CRF-Apex Sales Rep. (K.H.) was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, presented a plethora of options, and was/is extraordinarily kind; absolute pleasure to be around - very easy to talk to. His communications and ability to dial-in choices were top notch, as well. He made this one of the most headache-free and enjoyable tasks/'finance deals' that I can remember. The 'Apex Ford Finance Guys (x2)' were also hugely helpful, very detail oriented, knowledgeable, and highly efficient. Got what I needed - explanations were understandable. You can tell that they've 'done this before.' Again, lots of different options when it comes to considering a new Ford vehicle, especially from this standpoint. Plus - no penalties for paying off your loan early, which is great too...since I'm looking to expedite (car-payment-free again as with my old '09 Tacoma, which recently 's*** the bed'). Won't have this issue with most dealers but has been confirmed/re-confirmed @ Crossroads Ford Apex (pay off as quickly as you'd like). In comparison to some of the other Ford Dealers of which I have first-hand knowledge...the Crossroads Apex, NC US location is 'the cream of the crop.' Staff (the people) made my recent Saturday one to remember - definitely in a great way. Highly recommended AND absolutely loving the Ford Maverick!

Ryan was amazing! He advocated for us above and beyond what we could have asked for! His no pressure approach and willingness to let us talk privately helped us work better with him to get to the numbers we needed to get the vehicle we dreamed. I would recommend him 100 times over! He even got a bow on our vehicle after it was detailed. It was something I’m sure others do but was unexpected and added another special touch.

Highly recommend Crossroads Ford of Apex! We had a great experience with our salesman Chris K. he was willing to get answers to anything we threw his way. Buying a car is always a long process, but he kept us informed every step of the way and ensured we were happy and comfortable all afternoon. Finance with Shayan was no different he was very patient and answered any questions we had. Everyone worked as a team and it shows all around.

My buying experience was wonderful. The sales person, Chris, was patient and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He answered all our questions and overall that part of the process was great. The financing portion was a different vibe. Definitely felt pushy. I already had my financing taken care of, but was definitely pressured on the #Warranty side even after I said it was not interested. He used the whole “I never give deals like this“ language which I find to be the epitome of too salesy. But where things really went sour was after driving away. Unfortunately, within 48 hours of taking my brand new 2025 Bronco home, it started making a noise and I knew something was wrong (it tuned out to be the wheel bearing and axel). I followed The dealerships suggestion and requested it be towed through the app and it was about five hours before they came. I kept getting text messages asking if the vehicle had been picked up yet, followed by updates saying it would be there very soon. If I had been stranded by the road that would have been a very frustrating experience. Thankfully, I was in the comfort of my warm home. After another 2 days of them ordering the wrong parts (the reason given is that the catalog listed the wrong part), I still did not have the bronco back and needed to request a loaner vehicle. I didn’t receive the contract for the loaner vehicle because they spelled my email address wrong, but they insisted I had it and had me check my spam. Once they corrected that and I received the contract, there was no way to sign it except to save it to my computer and send the attachment back. When I did that, I got a call saying I didn’t send it back right and then when they tried to walk me through finding the link I was supposed to click they insisted I didn’t do it right. I told them there was nothing but the attachment and they realized they had sent it to me in the wrong format and had to resend it so I could sign. These would have felt like minor things, except it was the beginning of a very frustrating process. It has now been 14 days since they towed my vehicle back to fix and they are still working on it. I understand things can happen, even a brand new vehicle that I purchased with 5 miles on it, but to be going on my third week without it returned is beyond just an inconvenience at this point. I don’t know if the repair person doesn’t know what they are doing or if I somehow got the worst made bronco ever and the parts really aren’t fitting right. They only have a few more days before it would be considered a “lemon” where legal recourse can be taken but what I really want is to have the vehicle that I purchased or a replacement other than this loaner. I would have imagined that someone in management at the dealership would have called me and apologized for this incredibly long period of time to be without a brand new vehicle that I am still paying for, but the only person I hear from is the guy at the service department with updates to tell me that it’s still not ready. So, buyers beware. If you are looking for a great sales experience, they can be trusted. But if you care about what happens after you drive away and if you plan to use the dealer service department, I do not recommend them at all. And even though I do not do this, I certainly would not pay for the package that gives you the service updates through the dealership. If this has been my experience with the effort they put into something with 5 miles on it, I imagine that you would end up with hassles if you have to go to them for all of your needs under that plan that the finance guy kept saying was such an incredible deal

Excellent!! Salesman Jonathan & sales manager bent over backwards to get the best deal I asked for, which fell thru on another dealer ship which drag me along, changing there agreed price multiple times.(SMH) All over color of truck & trade in value! If you are looking a new Ford vehicle, definitely visit this place first! PS: Only way I found out about this place was having my F350 out of state warranty work done here, also 5 stars to the service department!! Now my new place to go to!

Great place to purchase a vehicle! Absolutely zero pressure. Cole was totally laid back and had great interactions with me and my 7 yo granddaughter while on-site. He found the perfect truck for me at another dealership and brought it over. Due to the other dealership not following up on something, was delayed getting the truck until the next day. Crossroads ensured my safety above a sale! Can anyone say integrity? Cole delivered the truck to my home the next day himself. He ensured everything was set to go. Class act!

I met with Tracy and she was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, from start to finish. Let me test drive the car I was interested in, showed me my options, and then set me up with the finance manager to complete the process. Even perfectly transferred my belongings from my trade-in while I was finishing up the paperwork! My finance manager was Dan and he was efficient, quick, friendly, professional, and transparent. Well I am a returning customer for a reason! Bought a Mach e from Noah a year and a half ago and then I relocated to Atlanta, GA and returned to trade in the Mach E for a F-150 Lightning also with Noah.
