My 16-year-old daughter came in looking for a replacement tail light for her Ford Bronco after one went out. When she approached the counter, the employee did not acknowledge her and would not make eye contact, despite my daughter saying hello several times. The employee eventually responded with “I’m listening.” After my daughter explained the make and model of her vehicle, the employee told her, “We don’t have parts to help people like you here.”
This interaction was unprofessional and disappointing. I will be following up with management.
The black with the dreads had the nastiest attitude he clearly didn't want to help me. I went bc my battery in my car it wouldn't start needed it checked and he was just awkward and clearly showed he didn't want to help me. Worst service ever I won't be back I'll go to Raleigh before I come back to this store. Smh it be your own kind. All that attitude smh makes no sense.
Nothing but Good Thing Here'' This AutoZone always been different but Better than most. Mr Willie did a Great when helping me look for the Right tool for my Truck and although I had a lot choices woosh He and The other My Friend with the locs too thank you again.
Eric, the Mgr at Auto Zone, Apex, NC was extremely helpful. They waited on me and checked my battery immediately and took care of finding the right battery for my car. So thankful for a great experience with wonderful customer service!
Osvaldo was a big help when I was looking for a couple parts for my BMW that needed repair. He even gave me a recommendation on someone that could save me $2k on a repair!

Went to have a diagnostic test ran on my vehicle due to my tailgate closing on its own. I was told by the girl who was working that it can not be done. With that being said, as I was sitting in my car in their parking lot I called Auto Zone in Cary on High House. I explained to them what was going on & they said YES they can run a diagnostic. There were no codes shown but, they looked it up and said, let's disconnect the battery for 15 minutes it should fix the problem. And they were right, the tailgate is working properly now. I will not be returning to the Apex location. I'll drive the extra miles to a shop that knows what they are doing.

I was traveling through Apex today, towing a car trailer with a car on it fully loaded down. My starter decided to go out at the gas station after refueling. Luckily, I had brought a tool kit with me. I called AutoZone and they delivered a new starter to my location at the gas station, And I was able to get it installed and be on my way, so big shout out to the manager and a delivery driver whose name I believe was Lou. Excellent customer service!
I went in to purchase two new headlight bulbs. Erick greeted me as soon as he finished with another customer. He was friendly, helpful and offered to put the new bulbs in the vehicle for me. He had me make sure they were working properly before I left. Professional, Kind and Informative. Ericks customer service skills earned a solid 10/10! I will definitely come back to and highly recommend this location.
Erick is amazing! I went to have my battery replaced and a few fuses were blown in the process - I spent about 3 hours their total, but they were so accommodating during the entire process. Erick’s Customer Service saved the day, he made sure I wasn’t leaving until my car was running properly and everything was corrected. Turned a not so great situation around!
I am so grateful to be living so close to an AutoZone, too many past experiences with car mishaps (today being one of them). My car barely started after I ran out during lunch today, and when I got it to start, I drove right over instead of going straight home. They tested my battery, Alternator & Starter and as I expected it ended up being the battery(thankfully).
Eric S. was the one who helped me and advised that I had a warranty on my battery, I didn't even remember it had a warranty! Anyone could have easily taken advantage of the situation and said my warranty was up to make a sale but he was honest and really helpful; his actions say a lot about his character. Not only was he professional, but he was also very sweet and went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned with customer service.
I would/will recommend this AutoZone to anyone for great service! I also want to mention and regret not getting the name of the other guy that helped Eric change my battery. They were both great and I appreciate their speedy assistance. I wish every customer service experience was as pleasant as the one I had today.

Super helpful staff. I was looking for a part for my car that their website said would fit, needed their help finding it, found it and it didn’t fit ☹️. Returned it with no issues ?!
If he’s working, ask for Erick. He’s super helpful and knowledgeable. I went in with a question about my oil levels and he took the time to check out my other fluids and noticed some other things that needed attention - but he charged me nothing! He just advised me on what to share with my regular repair shop so I would get the best quality service product at the right price. Amazing customer service. Well done!
Could be a timing issue but I walked in and no one was to be found. I stood there for a few minutes alone. Someone else came in after that and were seen to first. I was the forth customer seen to. Wondering if I was supposed to be loud and annoying or something to get service in a reasonable amount of time.
