Your drivers are incredibly unprofessional. You should have dash cams installed in ALL of their vehicles front and back so you can keep tabs on the way they are driving. Your truck with the tag TN 7451 almost caused a 4 car wreck today and I know he saw the cars because I saw him look at them. One of which had 3 small children in. Be better.
Great experience! They had my vehicle picked up and delivered to destination in a timely fashion. Also they are priced really well compared to other companies in there area. I won’t look anywhere else next time.
A positive experience from start to finish! Dealt with Dylan on site when my car's water pump failed, super nice guy, competent and then some at his work, treated my aging car like it was a Ferrari. Was originally quoted ~45 minutes (Busy Saturday afternoon). Got a call 5 minutes later from him, ready to roll, and he was nice enough to wait 20 minutes before leaving to meet me on site. Rates were entirely reasonable in my experience. Highly recommended. 👍

I called Xtreme towing two days before someone answered the phone. I called them and scheduled a tow this morning, they said a wrecker would be there in about an hours. I called back around 3:30pm for an ETA. They never called me back and a wrecker never showed up. I called William Towing they showed on time. The wrecker driver for Williams was professional and did a great job getting my car off the ground and loaded up.

Called these guys @530pm...I picked them because of their 5 star rating and good reviews. Anyway..... they told me they would arrive within an hour to and hour and a half...welp at 8pm I called back to get an eta...I was then told that they had "forgotten about me". No apology...no nothing. Just a very arrogant nonchalant attitude. Didn't even offer any inconvenience price drop. Im very disappointed with the services theses guys rendered to me today!

Wonderful customer service!! It was midnight and I was exhausted from traveling when my clutch went out- Dylan was very kind with a sense of humor and even helped my sister and I carry our luggage to the car picking us up. Even offered up his shirt as a rag when I got engine oil on my arm when leaning on the truck and signing the credit slip! The name fits this company! Dylan is the absolute best!!!!! My car wouldn't start so I called my insurance company for a tow, the first company couldn't even maneuver down the the long driveway to get my car. He flat out said no I can't do it, didn't even try. He told to call back and order a different type of truck which he knew would take another hour! Called my insurance company they sent me good ol DYLAN! That man is awesome 👏🏾, with no hesitation he said I got this and we are going to get you home! Sure enough he did just that and more! Called many other tow companies, either didn't get called back, or tows were cancelled or took way too long. Called these guys, setup a time, they were there early, had my truck towed 23 miles for next to nothing and was delivered early. Great customer service over the phone and face to face. If you live around the sc nc border, I highly recommend calling this company if you want quick and easy service. No problems whatsoever! Thanks.

I needed my car towed from my residence to a local dealership today, Good Friday. In little over an hour, Mac arrived to take it away. He was friendly, professional, and clearly concerned about taking good care of my car when loading it onto the truck. It's nice when you select a service because it has high ratings online, and you experience that level of service in person.
