I was served by Mr. Daniel, a person with no customer service attitude. I always shop at Napa because I always find the spare parts and I get a 40% discount through the company where I work, but it was clear that the gentleman didn't want to serve me and much less give me the discount. He has always had no problem getting the discount. In the end, he asked me if I was going to take the spare part or not, because he wasn't going to look for the information about my discount...

I have never seen so many people goofing off that should be working. 3 people (including myself) walked in and no one greeted us or ever tried to help. I walked out when I could not find what I needed and went to Advanced Auto.

My friend went in to buy windshield wipers and asked an attendant to please install them to which he replied, 'We aren't supposed to do that.' Complete BS. A different attendant did so for me couple weeks ago and for another friend couple days ago. We left that store immediately, went over to nearby Auto Zone and their attendant did so without hesitation. Personally, I have never ever been denied wiper installation service from any other auto parts store. Going forward, this shopper will never again purchase anything from this store. Customer service is non existent at this location. Parts selction is lacking, even the simple stuff. Was in today, not even a "can I help you find something". had to wait 15 minutes at check out because I could see staff was busy in the back making fun of customers. The do not "dume" oil sign lazily spray painted on the loading dock showes the work ethic and the unprofessionalism of this place!

I got in my car for work and my battery was dead. After getting a jump, I went to Napa in Indian Trail. I waited for them to open since it was early in the morning. The sales guy named Will was wonderful. Not only did he have the replacement but he installed it for me, even though it took a while to get the old battery out of the car due to severe corrosion. He was patient, kind, and very professional. I would like to take a moment to thank him again. Not only did he do a great thing for a woman in desperate need, but I even got to work for a very important meeting on time. Thank you Napa for employing such helpful and considerate employees. Also, they offered a rebate on the battery which helped even more. I’ll be shopping for all my automotive needs at this store from now on.

This place has horrible customer service!!!! There’s no wonder there is no one in the store and the parking lot is always empty. My husband went in to get oil and there was a sale sign on an end cap, he picked up 2 qts and took to the front and the smart mouth salesman said “that sale ended yesterday”. he said he gave my husband a flyer when he walked in to which he absolutely DID NOT! He proceeded to argue with my husband. We walked out! Will never do business there again and that talk fat guy needs an attitude adjustment

Parts are of good quality. You will stand and watch employees talk. As I write this I have been standing at the desk for 10 minutes and have yet to be seen, not another customer in the store.

Very unhappy. I bought a legend battery from here just over a year ago. Yesterday my wife's car that had this battery wouldn't start and it clearly looked/sounded to me that the battery was the issue. I took the battery to this location and asked them to test it. They said it test Good and that it must be my alternator. I took it to a shop the next day and guess what? The battery is bad. They put in a new one and it fired up every time and told me the alternator is holding a great charge. $282 when I should've gotten a new battery from Napa under the battery warranty or at the very least a new at full price battery and put it in myself. Unreal!

Never have the parts, never have any fittings. Since they guy in the green mustang stopped working there this place has gone so far down hill I will not go there anymore. He was great

Service and Inventory Not Great. Indifferent staff, and low product availability. I'm guessing online retailers are hammering brick and mortar auto suppliers, but still. If you're in business to sell to the public either carry a decent inventory, or have service personnel who try to help you find an alternative. If you need car care products (wax, vinyl cleaner) or basics (engine oil, oil filters) they have a great assortment. But if you need hard to find items, or specialty vehicle items they don't carry a good assortment.

Just needed an oil filter. Staff was helping another customer. Looking for the book to look up the filter I need. Nowhere to be found. Did a Google search but wasn't convinced it was correct. Went out to my vehicle, crawled under to get the number of what I needed. Go back inside and get my Napa Gold filter. Wait in line 20 minutes while same customer is being helped. Another man says someone will be right with me. 10 minutes later, no change in the situation. Place the filter back on the shelf, in the correct space and leave. My wife and kids in the car asked why didn't I get what I needed. My response, its not a store that I will ever do business in. It's a shame because anyone who knows me knows that I support small or independent businesses. Still plan on it but will never go to this store ever again. It's a shame that this location undermines the essence of small business support. No wonder people go to the big stores. If you choose to go here, I hope your experience is better. End of story, I drove an additional 10 miles to get what I needed from another Napa with a completely different experience.

Quentin was awesome! Helped me change the battery in my Traverse first thing this morning when the doors opened at Napa. Of course, Chevy couldn't make it simple by putting the battery under the hood like every other normal car on the planet. Quentin helped me find the battery in the floorboard and switch it out quickly. Such a blessing this morning!

The gentleman "Scott Keziah" was the most pleasant and helpful person. I will recommend Mr. Keziah at that NAPA store to everyone I know. He did a wonderful job and was all alone working that entire store...

Staff was helpful in helping me locate the part I needed. I didn't have a part number but I had the old filter and we were able to match it quite well. But $80 for an air filter???

Customer Support is terrible!!! They can never find any parts and sometimes I have the feeling that they just dont even want to look. Being a Commercial user and working with alot of other stores NAPA at Indian trail location would be the last place I would go to.

Friendly service is the intention but fall short of warmth. Service can be slow at times. As for auto parts, they are loaded with whatever you need.
