Got the part for my 22 year old truck in one day and as usual the staff is friendly and eager to help. Auto zone wanted me to wait 6 days and pay $8.00 to have it shipped from across town or pay for it in his store and then go pick it up myself. Plus out of the last 6 parts I've bought from them 3 were wrong and had to be returned then I got the correct part at this Advanc Auto Parts.
My biggest complaint with these stores is that they show 6 items in stock. After choosing my store and planning my destination I find out they are out even though they still show 3 on stock on store computer. They assured me that the store 28 mi away had what I needed and after calling ahead was told they did have it. Up on driving the 28 mi to this store. It was not any better and were sold out as well and could not explain the discrepancy. I ended up ordering off Amazon and it was delivered the next afternoon that just happened to be a Sunday. I guess I need to just start ordering my parts and having them ahead of time from Amazon and forget my local stores. So sad.
I love this advanced auto. Every single time I come in the employees try their best to help me out. I have been to the other location right off of independence Blvd once and there is a stark contrast in their customer service. Maybe I caught them at the wrong time but this location has always been good to me.
Phenomenal customer service above and beyond what I could have hoped for and moderately priced for the needs I had. I will return thank you for your incredible assistance that Saturday that my car died at your location.
If I could give 100 stars I would! The staff at this location were amazing and knowledgeable and really kind. I was stranded with my daughter and not realized when another place rotated my tires that they did not put my wheel lock key back which, on a Sunday will leave you out of luck fast when I got a nail in my tire. Thank you Rick + staff for your help, for going above and beyond and just being great humans. Forever Thank you✨✨
P.s.Also people if you have wheel locks guard your wheel lock key with your life!
ordered a part on Tuesday, said he would arrive on Friday morning, on Friday evening he drove in for a part, they said it did not come and they do not know when it will be. guys if you take an order and name the terms, please respect them. and to say that now there are problems with the fact that people do not work is generally nonsense. I am working and others are working, but because of you I will have to postpone the repair of the car
I stood there..only person in the store, the enployee..was on the phone with dmv. 5 minutes .she wouldn't even look up to acknowledge me. Only after 4 more customers came in did she put her finger up as to say another minute. She was annoyed she had to hang up
Staff was clueless I asked if they had a power inverter in stock, they said no they no longer sell them. While picking up a couple other things I found 5 different types for sale.
The woman who waited on me and my wife had no knowledge of anything that any customer asked her and deferred them to one very busy co worker ( since he had to take care of her customers as well as his own) who seemed very knowledgable and helpful. She was very friendly at least.
Price matching policy makes no sense they will match Amazon but not Ebay when I asked about it they said EBay was an auction site and Amazon wasn't, when I showed them the buy it now I was told it was used product and when I asked then why did they advertise on ebay they said they didn't when I showed them they told me I photoshopprd it
Great Commercial department! Raquel is the best... We always get our order in a timely manner, and this Advanced has never let us down. Highly recommended to consumers and businesses alike!
Always have what I need in a pinch. Some tools for rent if not available can find at O'Reilly. But here there is a super nice older gentleman that loves to help with everything.
