Using the Dr Prius app and driving approximately 50 miles to check the battery the internal resistance is 19-20 milli- ohms consistently and the voltage variation is .03-.11Volts. However the issues I am a little concerned with is that the battery capacity is only at 65% when fully charged and block #11 has a consistent lower voltage than the rest of the pack. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase and the service I received! I would buy from this company again!
I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase. This company will exceed your expectations and more. I live in AZ and they shipped a new battery easily and conveniently in form fitted box. When I needed help and reached out with installation(I didn’t fully seat the orange plug) they made sure I was in good hands and solved my issue. I had to slide the orange safety plug to the right to fully lock it in. Consider this company when looking for a new hybrid battery.
Additionally the price of everything with warranty is the best option available.

Customer service was outstanding! I purchased a hybrid battery and had a mechanic install it. The mechanic called and said the battery wasn't working. I contacted the seller by email and within moments he responded with pictures and an explanation. I contacted the mechanic with that information and minutes later he said it was working fine. No problems. Fantastic! This seller is the best!
Main office was very helpful and answered all my questions before scheduling the job in the same week I called. The technicians traveled at least two hours but arrived on time and told me the job would take about an hour. They worked together effectively and completed the job in an hour and ten minutes. I appreciated the care they took to handle my car and the batteries with care and safety.
