By far the best tow service I have ever used in an emergency. Hank was very nice, professional. He helped me when I needed urgent help. He will be my future go to for any towing I need. I was desperate and just going down the line of all the tow places in the county and he was the only one that answered on the first ring, everywhere else that said 24/7 was voice mail! He didn't try to empty my bank account either! It was the wee hours in the morning when everyone was asleep too!
Hank Houk 24/7 he was there for me today , towed my car , got there in 20 mins I woke him up at 2:40am , he was fast professional great customer service, fair price i definitely recommend him thanks saving my day

LOCALLY THERE ARE OTHER TOWING COMPANIES AND SOMETIMES THOSE TOWING COMPANIES SIMPLY HAVE TOO MUCH GOING ON SO H4 WILL BE A GREAT ALTERNATIVE IF YOU CAN'T REACH THE OTHER. I PERSONALLY SPOKE TO THE OWNER AND THEY SHARED WITH ME THEIR PRICES WHICH ARE IN THE SAME AREA AS THE OTHERS SO YOU KNOW THEY'RE RIGHT ON THE MONEY WITH WHAT THE OTHERS ARE CHARGING. I WOULD KEEP THEIR PHONE NUMBER IN MIND IN CASE YOU CAN'T REACH ANYBODY ELSE GIVE THEM A TRY.
THE BUSINESS HERE IS NEW OR FAIRLY NEW YET THE PERSON DOING THE TOWING HAS BEEN DOING TOWING FOR OVER 9 YEARS AND THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES. THAT TRUCK THEY ARE DRIVING IS TOP OF THE LINE.

Today, Hank, with H-4 Towing, literally rescued me from the side of a busy highway (74W outside of Shelby). I was alone and my car just stopped operating. Hank arrived within 15 minutes of being contacted. There were several odd things going on with my car that made this tow a bit more complicated. Hank was such a professional, knew how to adjust to accommodate the obstacles and was also quick. He was very personable and put me at ease immediately. Hank actually towed me and my car all the way back to my house. I can’t say enough about Hank and his customer service! I really do feel rescued!

5 stars all the way!!! Was stranded on side of highway and towed us close to 100 miles back to our shop. Great communication and showed up quickly and lowest price in the area!! Def call Hank if you ever need help!!
