Told the guy what I’m there for. I don’t work there and your supposed to know era i need based off me telling you my DRL are out. Talking about brand and low beams… I’m no an expert i don’t know! And told me the wrong light now i have no lights for my car and yall are closed.. its ok though ill go back to Charlotte and the autozone there will be more helpful. And actually have a happy attitude on helping someone. Thanks….
Charles is the best! I came in to buy a jump starter box for my car because it was literally dead in the parking lot at mighty dollar & I mentioned that to him & he offered to jump my car off. & offered to sell me a battery. Needless to say I will be back later today to buy a battery lol thanks Charles! You’re awesome!!! & so caring!
I just stopped by because my battery light came on and Justice helped me swap out my battery and windshield wipers that I needed. I had a headlight out and he and his coworker were able to get me the correct light to replace it with. Both were friendly and very helpful! Thank you!
84 year old female needed to buy and have set of wheel covers installed. Refused to install. What happened to customer service? Just lost a customer of many years

Showed up to pick up my battery to find out that they closed early for no reason. The lights were on and the doors were locked someone walked behind the counter and saw me then quickly walked away. Very poorly ran store.
Congratulations to this store for losing quite a few customers and a very dedicated employee this week due to how they allow their "supervisors" to treat the autistic community.

I'm coming back to edit this almost a year later. I've dealt with these guys for a year now off and on and they are hands down 1 of the best in their business! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Can't ask for much more but somehow they always seem to out do themselves
Bought a new head light but my battery is in the way and has a clamp on it for some reason, I asked very politely if I could get some assistance in changing it. They said they aren’t allowed to do that, even though I’ve had plenty of other autozone employees help me change lights out before. So I asked if they could at least just direct me or watch me do it and they said no, said it’s a liability and they would have to pay for the light if it went out. They weren’t even willing to just come tell me how to change it and seemed annoyed that I even asked. I didn’t catch their names but it was an older gentleman and another young guy. I’ve always had great service with autozone and I’m a little shocked that o was turned away like that without any hesitation.
Helpful, courteous service and a store manager that went above and beyond! Thanks for getting our starter issue fixed and us back on the road! Best in RoCo!! Give that man a raise!!
Helpful staff did everything they could to help me get the right piece for my brake line. Ended up buying a few things despite not finding the break line I needed.
I can not with good Conscience recommend this autozone. Their Stafford not only rude, but have zero knowledge of their product. By all means, take your patronage to advance or a junk yard. They did not recognize he difference between a starter and an alternator.
7/15 2020 Responding to corporate communication : To whom it may concern, your response to my original review is with out merit. You state that you are always working to improve your service. This is half hearted and with out sincerity. The statement is as truthful as stating all the people in Ohio want and strive to be martians. I would dare say closing this store, scrapping the facility and staff would be the best course of action.
I love this place! More variety of things than the rest and usually better prices. The manager lady isn't very friendly at all. I've been in there a few times over the past 6months and she was actually quite rude to some customers including myself.
A wiper I purchased a few months ago flew off my car. I didn't even have the receipt with me but a salesperson had it replaced and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. It was just really awesome customer service!

The staff at this location are always super friendly and very helpful. The few parts and accessories that aren't readily available are easily ordered on location by staff members. Prompt, next-day delivery is almost always guaranteed.
Place got busy and some grumpy old man tried to jump ahead of others by standing at one particular register when all of the customers were lined up just waiting for the next available person since the Clerks used various registers. I brought this to the old man's attention and he claimed he was going to be next because I was in a different line, however the clerk did the right thing and took me and another customer ahead of him since he was clearly wrong. Well done!
