Came by from outta town and anythony helped me out when I bought a few things for my car. Priced a few other parts for it as well and he was super helpful. One of the best advances

This is the worst place in Forest City ...Do not ever go here at all for nothing....called on phone for a battery to be installed on a 2022 Honda Odyssey van ...the manger said no problem come and get one and we put in for you ...well got there and paid for battery $264 and some change ...the boy Tryed to put it in the battery in for over an hour went and got his manager and she came out and looked for a second... Nobody said a word about anything and 20 minutes later the boy said I can not put battery in because the manger said I would have to take apart some of motor to get to it ...I could tell the boy was new and young...he did try his best to do it but the manager just acted like she did not give a Dam about anything did not offer to help or even try to give me my money back ...I told her when I called can you put the battery in for me ...She said no problem...but she was telling lies about having to take pieces off moto to get to it ...they should have known they could not do it when I asked her and before I paid for battery...so I told them to give me my money I will go somewhere else and they did not even give me the whole amount I paid for the battery it was like a dollar and some change different than what I payed ...that is bull crap I went to AutoZone they are the best place to go because if they say they can do it they can ...that is how I no the women manager was lying about taking pieces off moto out to do it... and they were cheaper and put the battery in less than ten minutes..They need to train their people how to do things before they do the job or try to do the job anyway ....it was cold outside and she just made up excuses because she did not want to do it ...The place will not honor on what they tell you they will do...Liers and just try to get you up there to get your money then acted like they did not care ...she did not even apologize for the inconvenience...up there over an hour and half ....Do NoT go here Buyer beware this is at the Forest City NC store 28043

Went to this location to buy a new battery for my car because mine was on it's last leg and the store manager told me she didn't have time to install it. I explained my car was having trouble starting already and that there's a possibility that it's going to die and I need this battery in my car tonight. She didn't care so I went to Rutherfordton and they put my battery in my car in less than 10 minutes. Don't go to Forest City, go to Rutherfordton instead.

Great service lady was awesome she helped alot knowed what to get and what we wanted excellent job give her a raise

Wear a mask, the ash container at door side was overflowing with recently smoked cigarettes' butts. The store was impeccably out of product, they nailed it if they were wanting to go out of business. I asked for help, no acknowledgement, instead told an employee he had more returns to put away. Not sure if he was a hearing man, a little louder I asked, I need some ideas on fixing something. He came out to my vehicle, looked at it and said, yeah I have nothing, maybe need a fabrication? He then turned and went back into the store to his returns. My conscious told me to go next door to one of the many down the street. I followed him anyway into the store, I didn't want to be rude plus I would give them a chance to redeem themselves. Not going to happen. He continued the ongoing conversation with his co-worker, talking bad about another employee. I walked the store, empty shelves with no customers. As I left, probably due to working on returns, no mention of an acknowledgement, zero, zip. I was an interruption to his work. You lost another customer.

Nice people. They don't treat you like you're stupid for not knowing ever single detail about your car. Unlike the place across the street.

I don't know the person's name, but there is a guy that works there who is extremely arrogant, rude, and condescending. I truly cannot stand people who speak down to somebody who is mechanically, ignorant or unaware. For instance, I am a master carpenter. I know every trick of the trade. And yet I would never be rude or condescending to somebody who did not know, because I've done this my entire life and they have not. I do not recommend this place because of this person. Go to AutoZone everyone; as well I.

Really good people can find everything you need if they don't got it they'll send you in the right direction

They are always there to help and get you the best part for your buck. I wanted as close to factory as possible and they went above and beyond to find my parts for me. Yes, that's their job but their customer service was excellent and they didn't try to get me the most expensive parts but what I wanted.

Very friendly people work here and they definitely go out their way as employees to get you what you need.

Seemed aggressive and agitated while I'm just trying to gather some basic knowledge about a part I was going to order. So I went elsewhere for the part.

Just wow! The second you walk in the store you are greeted. The associates get right down to helping you. I'm not a hard core car mechanic, wasent to sure of all the parts needed. They quickly got me the right transmission fluid i needed, windshield washer fluid, and everything else I needed. To insure my truck was in good hands. I will continue to pass other advanced autoparts, just to go here for help. That is how good the service was. Thanks Adavnced Autoparts.

Mike helped me out so much the other day! Bought a brake master cylinder and was having problems with fitting. Brought the old one in and he knew exactly what was going on. Even showed me how to get it all back together. Best auto parts store in town. Little high on their tool prices though.

Travis the manager is user friendly, very nice and helpful. All the employees are the best and I will not shop auto parts any where else, except NAPA in spindale, DEWY is old school auto parts professional!

Best place in Forest City to get auto parts. Been shopping here for 10 years and always found the parts, customer assistance, and prices to be better than AutoZone, O'REILLY and Napa (for the most part). Their online ordering program is where you save $ and is why I always buy here. If they don't give the part they can usually get it to you fast. For fluids though they could do a little better on prices, Walmart usually carries oil and other automotive fluids cheaper. Overall this place has some great employees working here, love that guy Frank he's the man

Advance is great. The associates were friendly and knowledgeable. I brought in a list and left with everything I needed to get my breaks fixed and back on the road.

Friendly service, fair prices, just make sure you know what you need before you get there the computers always issue the wrong parts.

It is always a pleasure to go there. The staff is always helpful. They have a good sense of humor, but yet they keep professional. The store always clean also. This store gets a thumbs in my book.😀
