I called Tri City Towing after my car got stranded. I didn't end up using his services, but he went above and beyond to try to help me. I totally recommend them!
Jeff was invaluable to our family when my garage lift cylinder broke, losing all of its fluid with my Expedition stuck halfway in the air. He worked tirelessly with the rollback and the lift repair gentleman to get it back on the ground. He continued helping him until the lift ramps were both on the ground, which had to be done gingerly and by hand. I HIGHLY recommend Tri-City!
I would like to thank Tri-City Towing LLC for moving my storage building! I tried to find many places much closer to my home and didn't have any luck, but the second I called Tri-City Towing they immediately said they could help me! Wesley was my delivery driver who I want to give a special thanks to. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and how to opperate the truck and he was very patient with moving and maneuvering my building into a semi tight spot! Most of all, he was super nice and kind to me and did everything I could have asked for! Wesley was one of the many people from this company that I was in contact with, and every single person I spoke with was above and beyond kind and nice to me! I highly recommend this company to anyone who would like to receive the best service for your towing needs!
Friday June 6th -around 4:30 PM. So I showed up to their lot to get the remaining items out of my wrecked vehicle. And unfortunately, I had just missed them. I called the number and they went out of the way to send someone up there long enough for me to get my stuff out of my car. I truly appreciate that so much thank you again.
They make AAA look good . I’ve been a member with AAA for 10 plus years and always a 2-3 hour wait. But with tri city less than an hour. Jeff is great. Friendly, polite, courteous.
Outstanding service! Jeff went above and beyond by diagnosing my vehicle within 10 minutes of arriving. Jeff towed me to the auto parts store and changed the part himself in the parking lot. He didn’t have to do it but he saved me time, money, frustration, and got me back on the road! I highly recommend Tri-City Towing!
Tri City has been to my house twice for tows and both times the driver was nothing short of excellent. First and foremost, they’re polite and friendly. But both times, they offered assistance to see if they could get it started. That little bit of help he provided ended up saving me extra money at the shop!

Not just the best service.... but the best people as well.
My wife and I were heading home in a brand new car when we found ourselves stranded outside of Forrest City NC late on a Saturday night with 100 miles to home. We limped the car into town, and found ourselves with no help from AAA, no room availability, and heading into a Sunday where there were no rental cars or repair options.
I found Tri-City by chance and talked to Nathan at 1am. While they couldn't get me that night, when I shared our story, Nathan let me know he would MAKE SURE they got us home. Although small team, Nathan was able to get an answer in place for us on Sunday AM. (I cannot understate how challenging this was).
He personally showed up at 11am on a Sunday AM, (knowing he had been working all night at that point), along with his other team (Wesley and Dianne), and got my car loaded with care and back home safely into South Carolina.
Most importantly they were all compassionate and empathetic (which I was surprised by given the reputation in the towing industry) to my wife and I, and I couldnt have asked for better people or service.
I would strongly recommend the Tri-city team being your first call. I cant say enough nice things about the people who turned a really bad situation into a great experience!
Jeff, from Tri City Towing was great!! He got us and our truck back to our house, after we had a tire lock up on us on the highway, he went above and beyond and even gave us each a cold water! Nice man!
My family was visiting Lake Lure and my truck ended up getting stuck in a very precarious position in a very steep hill. Tri City Towing came, assessed the situation, came up with a plan, and reassured everyone (we had some young kids pretty scared). The truck was pulled out with no significant damage (a miracle considering the position in which the truck was stuck). Thank you for the quick, professional service!
Waited for a tow truck for 5 hours, given the runaround from AAA. Jeff got the call and came right away to pick me up and also gave me a ride home as well. Quick and friendly service!
Just got helped by Wesley, and he was awesome! Very friendly, professional, and helpful. He got me on my way in record time after repairing my flat tire. Can't say enough about him. Highly recommend Tri-City, and Wesley specifically. They'll take good care of you.

These guys are the absolute best! Had engine troubles after a certain annual car show, called AAA… (They made me wait for 3 hours and never sent a truck.) After a quick call to TriCity Towing, they came out and towed my wife’s 67 Cougar home. Within 20 minutes of the call I was home with her car and she was happy. Thanks guys for the awesome service and know you are appreciated!
We were in from out of town and our car broke down. AAA in the area was having a bad day. After waiting several hours for AAA I called Tri-City Towing. He got there quick and was a pleasure to talk to. Took my car to a recommended local mechanic and his prices are reasonable.
Jeff is amazing!! Everything was so simple and he really got me out of a pickle with a flat tire. Plus I’m from SC with a car stuck in NC & he reassured me through out the process that he would safely get my car to the nearest shop! Best towing company out there
I had to have my mustang towed because of a flat tire, the guys did a awesome job plus did everything to make sure my car was treated right. Will be the only towing company I use from now on.
Couldn't find any towing company to come pull my car although they are 24 hours service. But BIG shout out to Jeff from Tri City Towing who got my car out of the ditch in this rain. You're the best! 🥰
Wonderful people. Worked with us on a price knowing we were not going far . Was a pleasure to work with . Great timing and great price’s definitely calling when I have to tow again .
My rv fuel pump went out when I was out getting propane filled. I called tri-state and they showed up in about 25 min. Had me me hooked up and home within 45 min. Good company and nice guy. Definitely recommend to other rv owners. If I ever need a tow again I will definitely use them
