Normally I love that place but this very morning.i was turned away from throwing away one single bag of trash because I didn't have my decal on the car I was driving, it's on my husband's truck. I rent a hose 1 miles down the road and have been using this dump since 2017. I was headed to work and he wouldn't allow me to throw away my house hold trash without calling whomever to verify I had a decal. I didn't have time for him to do that because I too had to get to work. I was very upset and I regret that I showed my tail, but I've never ever had this issue before and have been driving the same car without the decal for over a year.
Great place to take your trash ? Well marked recycle areas, and attendants are knowledgeable. There's a "swap shop" to drop off still-good items. Better to visit early in the week before the trash compactor gets full.
I am so thankful for the folks that run this particular program facility. My husband is handicapped and they help us every single time without me having to ask at all.
I cannot find words that express my gratitude to these employees. Our puppy jumped over the rear seats and bolted out of the hatchback. These employees helped him for 30 minutes luring back our pup who was running everywhere. They even used their dinner food to try to get him. My husband was hobbling trying to catch him and put himself in severe danger. One fall is all it will take for him. I was at home with no car. I called the facility and they kept me updated. They finally got the puppy on the lead. They are my heroes.
I even stopped by the facility the next day sobbing in gratitude. I applaud and thank them all for keeping my two loves safe. Sorry for any typos. Please recognize them for helping. I forget their names but my husband walks with a cane, the dog is blue Merle colored and out car is a white, MB suv hatchback. They are the definition of heroes.
I've been helped many times by the great staff there. They do a wonderful job. Some people show up without having done any homework and then blame the staff for enforcing the common-sense rules. I have ignorantly started to put things in the wrong area myself only to be patiently asked to place it in the right spot. These guys deserve two thumbs up for upholding great standards while performing a mostly thankless job.
Could be good Customer drop off but a minority employees very unprofessional & need customer service skills taught

Ive notice every time i come here the workers say things only to people that aint regulars and friends of theirs, i was told to move my car even though no sign is up saying where u can park and then a guy pulls up as im moving my car amd nothing is said even though the guy that told me to move my car was standing right next to him when he got out of hi truck, and stuff is suppose to be free there and a guy that goes there all the time trys to sale items he finds there in front of the workers and nothings done about that either, im just sayin poor quality of employment and it seems like i get checked for my decal alot when i go and they mever ask anyone else to show theirs and it seems like its the same older black guy that does this to me every time i go here
Main garbage bin that is conveniently located to drive up next to and then move on , is not emptied regularly, or marked as 'full' even though it's not, (!) to force people to jockey for position near the large bin in the back, just because management wants the large bin filled up as it's due to be emptied that day! So instead of being able to toss the garbage bag directly from your trunk into a bin, you have to try to park someplace as close as you can get, carry your garbage to the bin, and then try to get back out again. I've seen days where there are so many cars there have been near misses with cars, and even one man was almost hit. If they want to fill up that big bin in back, then the configuration of the lot needs to be reconfigured, before somebody gets hurt.
My boyfriend and I were there about a week ago. We had a lot of trash unfortunately and we had taken and sorted everything out and started taking things out of the truck. There is a employee there that was extremely hostile and using profanity and cursing up a storm towards us. I understand that we came close to closing time but we were doing our best to get everything out of the way. But for this employee he was constantly coming up to us and was extremely aggressive towards my boyfriend and I. That is not appropriate and uncalled for. If we experience this again we will be calling the manager of this place.
