I did not end up getting a tow but they were transparent with price and professional customer service. The price was slightly more than what I wanted to pay but probably not unreasonable. Thanks.

My boyfriend and i chose this place because of the great reviews. It's just too bad we didn't get to experience a good experience. My car needed to be towed and we set up everything. They told us it would be a 1.5/2hrs wait. We waited 3 hrs. After waiting so long we called them back and they were closed. No one ever came and nor did we receive a phone to at-least let us know someone wouldn't be able to make it to us or that they would get it in the following morning. My car was literally 3/4min away from their business and they still didn't attempt to give us a call. If you don't want to me stranded, I'd recommend calling another towing service.

We agreed on a time and a place for a tow, then no one showed up. While waiting they said someone would call within an hour, then they stopped answering my phone calls. Not recommended.

Absolutely the nicest towing service I've ever experienced. I'm not local anymore, but if I ever see anyone needing a towing service, this will be the first place I recommend.
