Fast service, great communication, will be my go to towing company. Amir not only towed my car with care, he made sure I was at a safe location to be picked up.
I was driving my 1930 Ford Model A on Indian Trail Rd, stopped at the light by the hardware store. Something in the brake linkage broke and the car wouldn't move (apologies to those held up!!). Not two minutes later, two fellows from Big Daddy walked up and offered to help push me out of the way. I said it won't roll and he said he had a tow bar on his truck. Not only did they get me out of traffic, they towed me home. Thank you God for sending two angels just when I needed them! Very friendly, very professional, very competent and I highly recommend them! They said I didn't owe them but I gave them something for their time. Sorry I didn't get their names.
My Dodge Ram 2500 broke down. I called Big Daddy towing at 1:45pm, the guy on the phone was very friendly and dispatched a driver to me. At 2:07pm Amir, the driver sent to me pulled up. Loaded my truck quickly and took my truck to my house. Amir was super friendly, talkative, and knew what he was doing. I have been broken down a handful of times over the years and I have never been picked up this fast. I highly recommend Big Daddy Towing.

I was on my way to my brother’s house in Charlotte when I had a flat about a mile from my exit. I called Dig Daddy Towing to change my tire. Surprisingly, they had someone about 10 minutes away. Henry arrived quickly, was friendly, and went about changing my tire efficiently. Not that I’ve had a lot but this is the best roadside service experience that I’ve ever had! Highly recommend them!

I was stuck on the side of the road on a Sunday night, and Daniel showed up within 20 minutes! He towed my ’91 Cadillac that other tow companies said was “too low” to handle. Super professional, quick, and knew exactly what he was doing. Highly recommend

I would like to further update that I called from my company phone and you quoted me 200$ for a 5 mile drive. My very next quote from a separate company was 120. Im not entirely sure where he thinks I called from 11 pm with 12 miles to tow. Careful this man's a liar

Big Daddy Towing is the best. Had to get same car towed twice in the last week due to engine problems with Hyundai Sonata. Daniel dispatched a driver promptly. Amir is a phenomenal driver, very efficient and even went out of his way to help me out during after hours. Best towing service around!
Amir and the driver were great people , they came in 15 minutes and were very professional and friendly, especially since I’m not around from this area and my alternator wasn’t charging my battery 10/10!
Daniel was behind me (by about 10 cars or so) when my car started smoking on a two lane road. He was the only one to stop and check to see what was happening and if I needed help, and he was on his way to a post work errand! We were getting a 20' shipping container delivered and the guys from Big Daddy Towing were awesome. When they arrived, the spot we wanted the container dropped was very tight with an overhead power line and overhanging eve on the other side. The guys were very professional and said no problem. You could clearly tell they had done these many times and were very familiar with their equipment. In no time at all and extremely safely they got the container right where we wanted it. I have no doubt that if I ever have another towing need, Big Daddy Towing will be my first call.
Amazing service from this company to come get our 43 foot motor home towed from Monroe, NC to our office in Matthews, NC. Came out about 9:15 to parking lot on Hwy 74 where were stranded due to engine problems. They are very experienced in towing motor homes and took great care in getting it hooked up to their wrecker. Definitely a company to recommend.

Unfortunate start to my Christmas break with my daughter’s car breaking down. From first call in they were professional and kept me up to date in regards to when the driver was en route and when I should expect him. Amir got my vehicle safely & quickly loaded up and away we went. Even offered me a charge for my cell phone that was about to die. Although I hope I don’t have a need again, wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Had one of his guys picking up to take my truck to be serviced an hour later. Ended up needing to use them two weeks later and I had the same great experience.
