I will give negative stars if the app allows it. I had an accident last time and they tow my car to their yard. I went the next day to take my car and pay towing fee as well overnight fee. The owner son (that is what he claimed) was rude, unprofessional and most of all pushed me to sell the car for him if not he threatened me to pay around $1000 which is insane. When I said the price is not fair, he said to take actions to make it buy for it. And, the sad part is when I decided to sell my title, he made me to pay around $800 by adding ridiculous numbers. He took advantage of me as immigrant, he assumed I have limited knowledge or capacity of my legal rights. Anyway, I lose my money and car but I warned others from their services or the owners to be genuinely serve their community without greedy.
Had a horrible experience being stuck in a muddy ditch before dropping off my son at preschool. My Guy Towing responded quickly and was able to free my car from the ditch with zero damage to my car. He talked to my son to make sure he wasn’t scared and even offered to have him check out his truck. Greatly appreciated his services and highly recommend.
I highly recommend My Guy towing. I’ve used them twice in just a few months for my Tesla, Eric and Will are great. The first time was a flat tire Eric came promptly and towed it right to the tire place for me. The second time Will came out after my car was involved in an accident, he was prompt at getting to me during rush hour and knew exactly what
He was doing. Throughout the process my car was at the tow yard communication was great. If I called with a question I never felt like I was an inconvenience or a bother. I hope I never need to use a tow company again but if I do I will definitely be using My Guy towing.
Eric took exceptional care of us when our vehicle was in an accident. He went out of his way to be sure our insurance company did what they were supposed to do and kept in contact with us. They went way above and beyond. Great folks to work with in a stressful situation!
Great people! Any of your towing needs give them a call! Will has experience in the towing business and is great at his job. He’s towed my vehicles before.
A heartfelt shout-out to Will at My Guy Towing Inc. for his outstanding service! When AAA didn't follow through, Will made a brief stop on his way to deliver a car to investigate the problem, only to find that it was more extensive than anticipated. He ended up towing anyway. His conduct was exemplary, displaying both compassion and competence. Without hesitation, I recommend Will for any towing needs.
My shop has been using this company for over 20 years. Excellent service. Wrote this response to the customer (Sabra Callas) You complained that you paid a 1000 to have your car removed from a pond. You should have been charged more than that!
My best friend was visiting my home. The parking brake failed on his vehicle and it rolled down the street and ended up partially submerged in the retention pond on our HOA property. My neighbor called us to let us know and we immediately called a tow company (Not My Guy, but one who is trusted) The tow company asked us to send an image so he would know what kind of equipment to bring. We did. As we were waiting, we saw "My Guy" come to the scene. We told the driver of "My guy" that we have already contacted another company and they were en route. "My Guy" said, "you must use our service, because we were dispatched by law enforcement. I asked him how much it would be. He said, "I don't really know how to charge for this, but at the most it will be $1,000." I asked him several times why we HAD to use his company and he kept saying, "because we were dispatched by law enforcement". So we cancelled the other company. "My Guy" needed a different type of truck, (apparently he did not consider what type of equipment was needed before getting to the job) so he called another truck. Once that truck arrived, the vehicle was pulled to the pavement in a matter of 30 minutes. Then "my Guy" said we owe him $1,200.00! Then he said "we only accept cash" After we argued over the price, because we were initially told it would not exceed $1,000.00, he finally agreed to $1,000.00. Then told us we had 20 minutes to come up with the cash or he was going to tow it to his location and we would have to pay additional fees for storage and even another fee to allow someone to come pick up the vehicle.
This was on a Saturday. Neither myself, nor my friend carries $1k in cash. What kind of company that charges high ticket prices like this can only accept cash? At any rate, several of us scrambled to the teller machine because our banks do not allow $1k in withdrawals.. so we collectively came up with the cash. I realize this guy has a business to run, but so do funeral directors. They might be business owners, but they have no human skills whatsoever. Their listing on Yelp says they take credit cards, yet they refused to take a credit card. They charged $1000 for 30 minutes of work. I will give the guy credit for walking down into the water to attach the cables to the vehicle, as the vehicle was partially submerged in water. I read elsewhere that the Stallings police are "in on the deal" with these folks. I believe that!
I do not recommend this company at all! They take a really bad day and make it a literal nightmare.

I was rear ended Saturday completely not my fault, the trooper says he had it towed and they were friends of his. Monday morning today I go to pick my car up the guy has to call the boss just to get the info sat in-front of me writing everything he said and told me my total was $515 IN CASH! $300 to tow $30 for after hour fee and $50 for administration fee and $45 a day to hold the car. Mind you they picked it up 12 minutes from their location after 130pm Saturday july 22 2023 im there to pick up Monday 9am July 24 The guy was over charging me extra days to pocket the money the owner said he made a Mia put it all on the guy when the guy only wrote what the owner said to write so someone was trying have some extra cash on my expense knowing insurance will cover it ! It not even a office it’s a shed with a slide door they put in themselves you can barely tell it’s there!
They are over charged knowing people need their card and trust them not to check it l!!!
I have filed a report with the police! The guy had the nerve to say they are subcontracted with highway patrol and called and confirm he was lying
Better business bureau will not accredit them. This family owned business is a bunch of thieves. They towed my car without my consent then charged four times the going rate. I was forced to pay or they would have kept my car. I hope they are shut down for such horrible practices.
I had a car being towed at the facility. Have been trying to call the numbers for a few weeks and nobody ever picked up the phone. Could you reply here?
Fantastic service, was able to talk to a local person on phone to arrange the tow. Driver was one of few available since I called many companies. Driver was 10 min early to tow and waited for me to arrive. Fast friendly and professional service. 10/10 value and service, call them first, and save your time checking around!
I called My Guy Towing to have my Elantra towed to Mr. Tire in Indian Trail, because I had a flat rear tire. Travis gave me a lower price because of the current economic situation, which I greatly appreciated. He showed up, saw the problem, and offered to put on the spare for me for the same price, because I have a bad left shoulder. He got it done quickly and did a great job all the way around. Thanks Travis and My Guy!!
My car broke down on the side of 485 at 1 in the morning and i was so furious but i called these guys and the guy that came out was professional and very down to earth. He seemed eager to help and he got me back home for a decent price. The drivers name was travis and hes awesome. Definitely recommend them.

Husband got into a ditch with a work trailer last night. Called one tow truck before these guys and they just managed to get the truck out no trailer. Called these guys and in less than 5 minutes that trailer was out of the ditch. Travis was the driver, great guy. Totally recommend them!
Responded quickly and came to me within the hour when my car wouldn't start.
Tried to give a jump in case battery was dead before even towing to save me money which was very nice.

My car wouldnt start on this monday morning. My Guy said they would be there in an hour, and would call me when nearby. I never recieved a call, an hour goes by and no tow truck. I call and then they say another 20 minutes. This place is a waste of your time. If your insurance sends this company, ask for a different one
These Guys picked up my sons car after an accident and charged $50.00 per day to store it while he was in the hospital. No phone call to say what they are changing just a surprise bill when you make first contact. If you are in an accident and the police ask about towing do yourself a favor and say anyone but My Guy.
