The shop has very good turnaround time. They have all the latest software for check engine lights. Have a complete machine shop do everything from bumper-to-bumper. If you wanna get your truck repaired quick please come see these guys.
Can't give this shop a better review. Made multiple attempts over several weeks to get on their schedule to get some parts installed and after being told I would be contacted by a few different people, I never heard from anyone. If they don't want the business or can't do the work (which they said they could), just tell me so.
My driveshaft u-joint roller bearing came out while I was doing 60mph. Got really lucky it did not destroy anything. Took my drive shaft to them. They replaced my u-joint and balanced my shaft. I am shocked how smooth my truck drives now. Wow I have been driving it with high speed vibration for a while. Now it’s gone I realize how bad it was. Customer service is like any mechanic shop. It’s dirty, greasy and they get stuff done. They were professional told me everything they did. I will come back to them. It was a good experience 👍
Derek and Ben were extremely helpful in helping me get a driveshaft made for a Christmas gift with very little notice. Totally recommend them to anyone needing their services.
My truck had an oil leak. I thought it was a wheel seal. There was oil all over the rear of the truck as well as the under body.
They found that it wasn't a wheel seal but something else within a couple of hours. Remember, I had oil everywhere and the problem was found and explained to me within a couple of hours.
I have been treated with respect and shown that my concern(s) were their concerns. I'm keeping the number in case I have any other issues.

Outstanding job on installing my Paragon blower. It took a bit to get it done, but it was all worth it. Using it on the oilfields. Other drivers complement the workmanship of the installation. Great job. Thanks for your help and service. From West Texas.
Had turbo installed...my truck never started again....told me 19000.00 plus the 5500.00 i just spent on them troublshoot (fixing all the wrong things)class action lawsuit underway.
If you have to deliver here dont get here early and definitely dont be in a rush. Was told you cant deliver until after 1030,so after I wait 2.5 hrs they proceed to start unloading and then go to lunch. Worst stone truck parts to deliver to period. All others unload you when you hit the dock and get you gone.
Absolutely this place is one of the worst I’ve ever been to! We asked to have a truck diagnosed and they didn’t do so and put on a pump that wasn’t needed! After all of the money and time without our truck there was a loose wire and they coulnt even replace it! THEY STILL CHOSE TO CHARGE US FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKE!
This place has zero customer service and a service writer with no knowledge of truck repair. Take your trucks anywhere but Stone!
Very bad service they don’t stand behind their job they don’t how diagnostics the problem and they keep guessing and they let the customer spend a lot of money
One of the worst shop i have been to, they kept my truck for over a month charge me the full quote even though they didn't finished the job. Kenny said he would "take care of me" because of inconvenience after they screwed up but didn't. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.
I am warning you they will over charge with labor, they will over charge you with parts ( I checked)... And worst of all your truck wouldn't be fixed
