I had to call to have my car towed to a car shop, and calling for the tow was super easy and quick, price was good. Willie was my tow truck driver and he was fantastic. Very nice and professional and got my car to the shop quickly and safely.

I’m so appreciative of this tow company. In the middle of the night my car broke down and they were quick and fast to come to my rescue. It literally took my stress away. Will definitely use these guys if we ever get in another situation like this again! Dustin made it to us in 30 minutes (even though it was 1:30am), and got my keys out in under a minute- then we were on our way. Paid seamlessly through a link via text and the whole process was so much easier than expected. Immediate quote over the phone with little info required, much better pricing than other local options. I had been stranded all day with a 24' box truck at storage facility and they came out as soon as they could and got me back going. Im out of state contractor and didn't have many options. Customer service was excellent and the tech stayed with me until we got the truck back running. I highly recommend.

Highly recommend East Coast towing! They were fast and super friendly. We had Kelvin, who was welcoming and genuine, and kept me updated throughout the whole process of getting my car to the shop, dropping off the key, etc. If ever I have to get my car towed again I would definitely use East Coast and ask for Kelvin!

Tow driver Kelvin was extremely professional, friendly and courteous! He loaded my car carefully, secured it fully and watched us as we drove behind him to the auto dealer location, to ensure that we arrived where he was taking the vehicle. I fully recommend East Coast Towing and especially Kelvin, as they advise you of the charges up front, have the driver call the customer on his way to your location, advise you of each step they're taking as they load your car, and fully answer any questions you may have. Once at your destination, you are thanked for your business and given a business card for future use. An excellent transaction from beginning to end!

Dustin was amazing! When I say he understood the assignment!!! He was quick friendly and efficient! I’m so glad I called and was able to get the great service I deserved. I waited almost 2 hours in the cold with my family for AAA to disappoint and say they couldn’t help me. But Dustin was there in less than 30 minutes and ready to get the ball rolling! East Coast towing service was exactly what I needed. From the very first call everyone was friendly and prompt and got me home a lot sooner than anyone else would’ve. They went above and beyond to get my vehicle where I needed it to be!

I ran off a slight downhill after the heavy snow last night. Nothing I tried worked. Despite East Coast being pretty busy, they were there in less than an hour. Jonathan was awesome!! His talking helped me relax. He talked me through the process and was done in 10 minutes.

We asked to have the car towed to our home, 6.3 miles away from the storage lot.they were trying to charge us mileage from their main office in Raleigh, to and from, some 81 miles.Which would have been $160. They have a tow truck stationed 6.3 miles from my house. This is the true definition of highway robbery! They ended up charging me $120.00 to tow my vehicle 6.3 miles. Disgusting!!! The drivers were very nice and helpful.

I’m not sure of the dispatchers name but she was very patient, kind, and anything I asked she didn’t know for sure she went and sought out the answer for me! Donald the driver was very professional and polite. It was a 2 hour ride home so we were able to talk about dogs the whole ride since I’m a trainer and he gots us and my whole crew of dogs home safely! I couldn’t speak more highly of this company and their promptness to get to me and have my vehicles towed home!

Freddie..the operator...was extremely friendly, competent and professional... very personable... very conscious of his tasks ... the traffic, ect. I have been a professional driver for almost 41 years..I can absolutely and would absolutely identify a clown in a hard beat...this man was who I'd hire in a heartbeat! Thank you also for the competitive rate!! ..Also...his cab was neat,organized and clean...chains stowed correctly and winch cable wound up like it was new...I owned a company with lowboys and stepdecks.. he'd always be in his own ,new truck if he was under my employ.... fortunately for you, I no longer have the company and won't try and bribe him away! You have an operation that shows you care.

He was efficient and professional, getting my car loaded and securely strapped with no issues. My vehicle arrived safely at its destination, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I had a great experience with East Coast Towing when my car needed a tow, leaving me stranded on the side of the road late night. They quickly answered my call and communicated that Dustin would be on the way shortly. Dustin was there to load up my car in less than 15 minutes and was even nice enough to give me a ride to my house 5 minutes down the road. Highly recommend!

They were cheaper than the company my insurance company gave me, and they arrived earlier than the estimated time. Once there Donald quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to get me on the road with a jump and a smile. It turned out to be even cheaper because it didn’t require a tow. Definitely my new preferred option

The dispatcher was kind and helpful. The time it took for the tow truck to arrive was longer than the given ETA on the phone. Estimated up to one hour then took about 1.5hrs to arrive. The driver did not speak much, but he did his work and it is a tough job. Payment is expected at the time of service.

Working with ECT was a refreshing reminder that decent, genuine, fair and helpful folks can and do run great business operations... And no less, in an automotive service realm that is rife with cynical, non-personal [Indifferent to Customer situation or circumstance], fee-maximalist, operators who readily take advantage of the often stressful situation their Customers find themselves in. From Rhett to Nathan at the office and out to Willie driving the tow rig, this operation is truly FIVE STARS. Easily the BEST towing provider I have used anywhere on the Atlantic seaboard.. hands down, the best. I was so impressed with these guys that I'd rather scrounge the coin to pay them directly for a tow rather than use one of the roadside insurance services that provide towing! Simply because these folks treat me like I've known and done biz with them for decades. THAT is the kind of service worthy of a premium price, but they quoted me the best price in the Triangle...with the most convenient scheduling! No, I am not related to East Coast Towing in any way [beyond "paying Customer" status]. I was just so impressed by the fair price, fast service, friendly, competent people, and their willingness to actually provide great service.. that i was compelled to write a glowing review.. 100% deserved. I called for a pickup Wednesday morning and was told it would be a few hours. I explained that was fine as long as it was done that day as there had been an appointment made at the dealership for Thursday at 8AM. I called around 3PM to check and it hadn't been picked up yet that it would be an hour or so. I got a call at 5:30 telling me they weren't going to be able to get it today and they'd be there at 8AM the following morning (Thursday). At 8:30 I got a text from the vehicle owner that it was still there and was reminded that they had an appointment at 8. I called and was told within the hour. At 9:52 I was told that the driver was delayed and that he would contact me soon. At 10:30 I called back and was told the driver was asked to call me but it had been another 40 minutes with no contact! Obviously at this point I cancelled the appointment and expressed my dissatisfaction as it should not have taken a day and a half! I called another company-Big Joker Towing-and the vehicle was picked up within an hour! And the price was less!

Great service. I wanted a tow "yesterday," but we weren't able to connect. When I re-scheduled, it was easy! They had all my previous information. All we had to do was schedule a new time. Freddie H. came a bit early(!) and was patient (tge battery died during the overnight cold snap). Freddie took it to my mechanic and followed all my drop-off instructions. Frank H
